[Resolved] Unit Trust Of India Mutual Fund [Utimf] — master equity plan 95 response from uti branch is surprising | |||
I have Certificate o[censored]TI Master Equity Plan95 for 1000 units. I got the below response when i contacted jayanagar branch to enquire about stauts of the policy. I wonder, how can some one redeem my policy when i have the certificate. Please help Dear Investor, This is with reference to your letter regarding the captioned subject. In this connection, on receipt of your letter we have verified our records and unable to find any live investments under scheme Master Equity Plan 1995. It may be quite possible that after issuing the unit certificate you must have either been Redeemed /sold/transferred or submitted for buy back, due to which no outstanding units reflect with your name in our records. Nov 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I had disappointed from the response i got from Jayanagar office initially when they said there is no such mutual fund account existed with them. Later i logged a complaint in this website and got a question by providing the full details. with in 2 days i got a call from Karvy customer care center Bombay. I have asked about the details from the karvy customer care head office, Bombay and explained the process they followed for these kind of mutual fund. One mr. Ajay was clearly explained the process and said the the amount is credited to one of my account. He also promised that he will share the exact account number through post and did the same. Though it was my old account, I convinced from the details provided by the Karvy in the clarification letter about my own account number with date of the amount credited. I am closing this issue as Resolved. Thanks to Consumer care complaints forumn and Karvy customer care center bombay.
