Sir our plan has matured in September 2017 and now when we demand for the money they said someone has already taken as per your name but we were not there and we had not taken and I want uh too please take strict action against this and helps us how we can take our money back

Dear Sir/Madam
I have taken CGGF 1986 for my son in 30.05.1988. maturity was 29.05.2008
After investment in the CGGF 1986, I moved to Indonesia and become NRI.
On many occasion, I had written to UTI< Mumbai.
neither change of Address was communicated via email nor Funds upon maturity was received by us.
Please advise what I should do?
