My father, rakesh kapoor has invested in uti reinvestment plan 1966, which we want to redeem the units allocated at that point in time. Having an original certificate & annual statement of account showing no. O[censored]nits, face value etc. The details are below:

4- certificate number -[protected]

Want to know the present value of said units and where to approach for the redemption of said units

I have not received dividend on folio no.[protected] in uti - top 100 fund. I am holding 400 units. Last dividend received was in the year 2015. But after that i have not received dividend for the following years. Name : mukesh nagpal address: 2/45 ramesh nagar new delhi 110015 please accept my complaint and forward it. Action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I, shivkumar rao had applied fro 750 units in the name of my daughter saniya shivkumar rao under the subject plan - rajlakshmi unit plan ii rup ii then run by unit trust of india. The certificate bearing membership number [protected] dated 09/02/2000 is available with me. The date of maturity was 08/02/2016. However, she has not received maturity amount till date.

My mother has 100 units under UTI Unit Scheme 1964 (Clause 11) under certificate number[[protected]]. Kindly let me know the procedure to check for any pending dividends, claim issued rights offer under this scheme and how to surrender the certificate for a dematerialised share of the same.

Hello there,

One of my family members invested in this scheme before 25 years. Unit trust of india rajlaxmi unit plan (Ii) [rup (Ii)] (Clause xi) - maturity date was of year 2014 still haven't received any updates on this.

Please check as we have bought 1050 units at cost of 10/- per unit

Please revert as soon as possible - i already tried reaching uti on several portal for the same i really need solution for this asap

I had brought this unit trust of india rajlaxmi unit plan (Ii) [rup (Ii)] (Clause xi), membership no. [protected] dated 09/07/1998, in the name of my daughter kinsha. Date of maturity being 09/07/2017. I tried to contact uti customer care and they gave me these no. To contact[protected]/1037 and when i tried to contact them, nobody is picking up the phone. I need to know the status about the policy. I have heard that this scheme does not exist any more. So kindly advice what should i do.

I purchased rajlakshmi unit scheme in the year 1993, for my daughter. Its maturity date was in the year 2013, while its been already 5 years delayed i am yet to receive my maturity money back, kindly make provisions to get my money. Conatct no.- [protected]

Kyc details for the folios held by us jointly were submitted around july this year at your malleswaram bangalore branch personally (Both o[censored]s) with the necessary document copies along with originals which were verified., though we were assured that the records will be updated, we were surprised to get sms regarding non receipt of the same. It was a clear case of mishandling of the documents in the office which any way the officer in charge was not willing to listen when i had visited office today (16.11.2018) there was no system of issuing any acknowledgements in the office and we trusted the staff during our last visit.

Though we can submit one more copy of the documents (Along with originals) my joint holder is now unable to visit personally due to some personal illness which was explained to the officer of the branch., he was neither willing to listen nor suggesting any alternative option and insisting that the joint holder needs to appear personally
Request you to kindly let me know how the process o[censored]pdating kyc can be completed again (Considering that the joint holder is unable to visit the office due to illness which may take few months for full recovery)
Also request that a system of issuing acknowledgement to be introduced in the branch for the documents handed over to them so that the staff can be made accountable for any loss of documents and putting us into hardships.
