We invested rs2, 36, 000/- by 7nos fdr's for 3 yrs cumulative interests schemes due to advts o[censored]nitech ltd co. Viz: fdr nos & amts[protected]Rs 35, 000/-),[protected]Rs 40, 000/-),[protected]Rs 25, 000/-), all 3 of dt3.10.2013 &[protected]Rs 25, 000/-),[protected]Rs 35, 000/-),[protected]Rs 36, 000/-) &[protected]Rs 40, 000/-) all this 4 of dt.28.11.2013;which already matured in 2016. I already sent duly discharged original receipts through unitech agent: karvy stock broker, koramangala, bangalore
Unitech co, didnot paid me either principal or interests. Then i moved case in nclt/ cgo complex/n. Delhi. Hon'bl nclt judge
Passed decree in my favour & ordered unitech to pay back me principal + interests as per contract & beyond interests to pay @10%pa+ principal till date of payment &with cost of litigation. Now the consumers forum to compell unitech to pay back our balance amt with suitable compensations. Our address:- subhash chandra nirala, sr. TILLNOW UNITECH CO, did not Paid me either Principal or Interests.Then I moved case in NCLT/ CGO COMPLEX/N.DELHI. Hon'ble NCLT Judge PASSED DECREE ORDER DATED 20.12.2018 - IN MY FAVOUR & ORDERED UNITECH TO PAY BACK ME PRINCIPAL +, INTERESTS MONEY AS PER CONTRACT & BEYOND INTERESTS TO PAY @10%PA+ PRINCIPAL TILL DATE OF PAYMENT & WITH COST OF LITIGATION ETC .
NOW THE CONSUMERS FORUM TO COMPELL UNITECH TO PAY BACK OUR BALANCE AMT WITH SUITABLE COMPENSATIONS FOR HARASSMENTS & MENTAL AGONY TO A SR.CITIZENS OF 76+ YEARS OLD, SUFFERING FROM VARIOUS AILMENTS, WHO REQUIRED MONEY URGENTLY FOR HIS MEDICAL TREATMENTS. ETC .PRIORITY MAY KINDLY GIVEN TO A SR.CITIZEN, WHOES LIFE SPAN REMAINED LESS.
