Dear Sir / Ma’am
This is to bring to your notice that above listed deposit was due for the payment on 2nd June 2016 however it is more than 4 months now still the maturity amount nor FD Quarterly Interest from 1st April 2015 have not been paid to me neither any information with respect to delay has been shared with me.

I would like to inform you that I am a Senior Citizen, currently 67 years old and Non-Pensioner Housewife, having no source of other income except interest on the deposits.

I have been following regularly with your officials on telephone number[protected] /[protected] for couple of months and now one of the number does not exist and other is unanswered however as on date i have not got the actual extended date of disbursement of my maturity & FD Interest amount due with your company.

Based on my discussion at your Gurgaon office, I have submitted an affidavit on 26th Oct 2015 in Saket office to your executive named Mr. Satinder Singh Rawat with respect to NON RECEIPT of INTEREST from 1st Apr 2015. As on date their is no response from your company.

You are requested to release the payment at the earliest so that I can sustain and meet my daily medicines and other expenses.

Looking forward for your extended support in getting my amount released ASAP.
