I bought a builders floor in Unitech South City 2 in sector 50 Gurgaon in August 2010. Possesion is due in August 2012 however at this very moment the project hasn't been completed. I have been informed by HUDA officials, under RTI Act that Unitech is trying to give defective title by selling common areas against the independent floor policy. I am now considering the option to launch the litigation process in the consumer court. If you have bought in the above project, i would like to hear from you as its better to act collectively.
