Deposited a sum of Rs.1, 00, 000/- FD No. 1202238 dated 22.12.2012. Interest rate 12.5% payable quarterly. (Rs.3116/-) Interest for the last two quarters (Sept. & Dec. 2015) have not been received. The maturity was on 14 Dec. 2015. Even after sending two reminders there is no response till today. Hence, I am referring the matter to you to take further necessary action.
