Unitech Limited — possession of flat not recd since 2008 | |||
3 BHK flat was booked on 06/08 2005 at Unitech Cascade Tower 2 at Greater NOIDA . As per allotment letter, flat was to be delivered on 31 March 2008. All payment has been paid except possession instalment. We have not recd the possession till date. Can anyone guide us what action we can take against the builder.
