[Resolved]  Unitech Limited — Unitech Unihomes phase 1 (Sector 117) - Been 5 years - Builder not giving Possession and no Proper Response

Its been 5 years ( may 2009) we had booked a flat in Unitech Unihomes Sector 117 and the possesion date was in year 2012 but till now the builder isn't able commence the posssions and now the Construction work and also stopped because they have taken 95% of the money from the buyers and now they are looting the customers of other projects. Now they dont even give any proper information on the possession dates or any query of the customer. Can you please help us in the issue ..
