Unitech Limited — Unreasonable delay ( ~ 8 years ) in possession of Flat 1901, Block 23, Unitech Horizon, Greater Noida.

I had bought an apartment in Unitech’s Horizon project in Greater Noida in May’ 2006. I have paid 95% of the amount, but I am yet to get the possession of my apartment (Flat 1901, Block 23, Unitech Horizon, Greater Noida.) which was committed for possession in November’2008. I have been approaching your company officials regularly since past few years but no one is responding or giving any commitment on possession of my flat
