Unitech South City 2. — Security guard and president monopoly

I have shifted to South city 2 b block, when I take my house hold things during shifting, few person who are saying themselves as security guard is not allowing me to enter, they use foul language and harassing us, and there president also involved with them.
I am just trying to understand how someone can stop me to enter in my house, and why I need permission from someone to enter my house, the so called person who was representing himself as some government body was shouting loudly on my family .
Do I need to log police complain ?
