[Resolved] Unitech South City 2. — Project delays at South City 2 independent floors sector 50 | |
I bought a builders floor in Unitech South City 2 in sector 50 Gurgaon in August 2011. Possesion is due in October 2013 however at this very moment the project hasn't even started. I have been advised by Unitech staff that due unauthorised settlement of some villagers on the land, the project is unlikely to commence in foreseeable future. They are now proposing a swap at terms which i believe are in their favour and this is not acceptable to me. I am now considering the option to launch the litigation process in the consumer court. If you have bought in the above project, i would like to hear from you as its better to act collectively. I have been contacted by many people who bought in to this Project. It would be useful to unite and take action therefore I request more people to come forward.
I have booked a Flat in I Block, Independent Floors, South City II in October, 2011 with delivery period of 2 years i. e. by September, 2013. I have been chasing with Unitech Officials regularly and on each occasion there reply was that construction shall be commencing in next six month. Now it has been informed that there is some litigation in the plot and they are offering exchange option to all the allottees. This is not acceptable to me. There must be number of other peoples who have bought flat in this project. We must unite and initiate the litigation process in the consumer court.
