Dear sir, I did a transaction on[protected] at 6:36pm in (Icici bank atm, sinha complex atm near ju, muzaffarpur). It was shown your bank network is not responding and subsequently my cash is not dispended but my account is debited. It is not created yet. My account no[protected]. Branch-rajnagar (Ghaziabad). Transaction through bhim app the date is 2/11/17. I want to send money to my another bank account from my ubi bank account, transaction failed but money Rs. 1000 has been deducted from my ubi bank account. Even now I didn't get back My money.
