United Bank Of India [UBI] — account debited but cash not dispensed

Tried to withdraw amount of rupees 2000 from sbi atm on 3/10/17 at naharkatia but link was not established and again tried to withdraw another sbi atm and link was not established once again. And then i am tried withdraw the amount form axis bank atm{record no - 7968}at naharkatia, buragohain mension. Link was not established once again. So no amount extracted both of these atm but my saving account number o[censored]nited bank of india was debited by rupees 2000. Please refund it as soon as possible...
