United Bank Of India [UBI] — Amazon refund not credited in my bank account

I'm nitiraj . I was ordered Samsung mobile M31 from Amazone Rs 15, 499 by debite card on october 25, 2020. Then I cancelled this order after one hour. From Amazone side refund is confirmed but not credit in my account yet. This is the refund reference number given by amazon =[protected]. Please help me to get back my amount .
