I have been frequently visiting your branch but not getting any support from the staffs. Kindly look into the matter & close the same on immediate basis. A copy of this letter has been submitted to sarvojaya madam in Garia Branch.

      I am kshitish chandra pradhan s/o of late dhruba charan pradhan an my father had taken loan from ubi jagatpur, cuttack .loan account number[protected] and loan amount is 42000 and paid all and only 3000 unpaid and given two lic bond and that lic was surrendered automatically and paid to ubi but the mananger of jagatpur branch not cooperating to settle the loan and not giving loan statement and i iasked about lic bod and paid from bond but he is not saying anything and he is not coridal and keep my family in tension. After my father expired i stay already in bad situation and want to Settle loan .but he is very unsupportive.please help us

              Dear Sir/ madam, My self sulata patra, I have a saving a/c in your United bank of india, station road (77 bus stand) vill & post sankrail, sankrail howrah 711313 branch code 1428 Today I have visited this branch for KYC updation because your CSP branch in chaturbhujkati bhagbatipur agent told me that my a/c got dormant and for re-kyc per a/c need Rs.300-400, My family members another 4 a/c be there so he demand Rs 300-400 per a/c per kyc updation. So I have visit my home branch united bank of india branch code1428 for re-kyc and awere this matter, but your United bank osankrail branch staff support the CSP agent and advice me that you should gave the money Rs.300-400 to your CSP agent for re-kyc because this service only gave CSP agent so I can't help you. So kindly look into the serious matter because i knew very well it is kyc compliance and bank staff doesn't demand for money but your bank staff are involved in corruption and they do not give customer service so I am also escalate this matter to RBI.                               I went to atm today for withdraw 10000 rupees but slip came and there was wrote that your transaction is successful but i did not get the money.after that from same atm i did a MSME there was also wrote that it's debited.after that i went for another atm and got my money after that 2 hrs letter i got two sms that your money has been debited two times.but i just got 10000 rupees not 20000.
