Sir,
Unfortunately this afternoon i hot listed my atm card o[censored]bi. Please unblock it as early as possible. I n the month of december 2018, rs.9000.00 was mistransacted as i was trying to withdraw from atm. So, i lodged a complaint for that. Then i got the money redeposited. So, by that time the atm was blocked. Now i want to unblock it. Please do it.

    I am a customer o[censored]nited bank of india hridaypur railway station branch, kolkata 700127. My account no. Is[protected] and customer id is 58064983. Logging for net banking has been disabled. Please enable it. I was successfully registered by using "ipin" which was collected from branch & after successful registered by setting login password & transaction password through otp verification after that the msg came as "dear customer your e-banking registration is successful for customer_id 58064982
    But now i am not able to login e-banking.

    Please resolve the issue asap.

    I ordered a pendrive from Amazon on 22/02/2019 but the order declined and got cancelled... But Rs522 got deducted from my account. AMAZON says that they have not received any payment against my order but the bank deducted my money. I want my refund.

      Today a fraud transaction was done through calling me a person who treated himself a bank manager and collect confidential OTP and pin and then illegally withdrawa 2000 and 3000 rupees by making 2 transactions. This money credited in Airtel money.

      1.Your UBI AC[protected] is debited by Rs 1000.0 on 26.02.2019 11:17:27 at AIRTEL MONEY Disputed TXN Reporting-goo.gl/4G2ww3
      2.Your UBI AC[protected] is debited by Rs 2000.0 on 26.02.2019 11:19:18 at AIRTEL MONEY.

      Please help and refund the money to my account. Thank you

      Respectfully I beg to state that your sub branch namti, manager and cashier behavior is not good. Cashier have drinking in duty time and he mentality, physically heresment in customer. Customer could not satisfied in cashier behavior. Plz do help us.

I have been doing lots of e-commerce transaction and i have get some refunds from e-commerce websites and the bank is not refunding my money property and i have to get lots of refunds pending...             On 23/02/2019 while booking an online train ticket from irctc site for me to travel from cuttack to howrah (To be travelled on 24/02/2019) under tatkal quota my account has been debited twice for rs.415.49p each. But i got one ticket. This excess debit of rs.415.49p should be refunded to my account.

            Repeatedly such things happen and i have to lodge complain to get the amount back. Technical issues should be corrected at the earliest. Because message comes "your bank has denied payment where as account is debited". Why it is so?
            I am a student of North Eastern Hill University, Shillong .I had paid my admission fees through UBI Rupay debit card on 16 Feb 2019.Unfortunately the transaction was failed.But the fee amount 1390 was debited from my account.Please help me.

              I ordered from amazon on 15th of february, and two times the payment got declined but amount debited from my account. And when i contacted my bank and amazon care they said that it will reverse in 3-5 working days but till now i didn't get it. I m not getting where my payment is stucked. Please refund me my amount. Amount of 1579 is debited twice from my account.

              When i tranaction online like phone pe or google pay then your bank taking extra 3 ruppes charge, why ? I can't understand.

                I have paid before about 25 minutes rs 33054.34 through online to sbi card. But the transaction failed though my a/c no[protected] debited. I have got no message from sbi card nor it not shows the credit to my credit card account. I have paid it through bill desk. Please arrange to refund the same immediately as it is to be paid again immediately. Tomorrow being the due date, i want to pay it today to avoid charging of interest. Please look into the matter very quickly.

And then rs.800/- debited from my account. Hence its my earnest request to sort out the issue. I have shocked to experience such incidents.

                    On 23/02/2019 i had tried to book one ticket for my travel from cuttack to howrah on 24/02/2019 under tatkal quota. During several attempts made by me while making payment twice i my account has been debited. Once through net banking and another through debit card payment. But only one ticket has been booked and twice debit has been made from my accounts. I should be refunded one debit of rs.427.29 made to my account.

                        On 4rth feb.19, i ordered for some items worth rs.2857.00 on amazon.com. But, due to unknown reasons, order got cancelled but, the money was debited from my account. I got messages that money will be credited within 2-3 days. After 5 days, i contacted amazon.com about it and they said, it would be credited latest by 11th feb. Again on 13th feb, i contacted amazon.com and they said it was stuck at my bank. Please get my money back to my account immediately. It been more than 15days that my money is stuck

                          Sir,
                          My atm card got blocked today for no reason today
                          (20th feb 2019). It was working just fine yesterday when i put money to ola money. I tried to book movie ticket through bookmyshow app. When i enter the otp the card got blocked. The message says that the card got blocked for many times entry of wrong details. But i entered everything right and i tried only once. There is no reason my card should get blocked.
                          I want to know why my card got blocked.

                            money debited from my account but I didn't receive any cash from the atm

                            I am aurobindo roy barman an account holder o[censored]nited bank of india kolkata nakrala branch. I have withdrawn some amount (Rs.10000/-) from an axis bank atm on 16.02.2019. But the amount has not come out. But i got a message there is showing your amount is debited.
                            Thats why i inform you please let me know how i can get refund the amount.
                            Therefore, i request you to take necessary steps and arrangement for this same. And refund...

                            I am a customer o[censored]nited bank of india. My current account no[protected] at your kaikhali branch. I have applied for a pos machine at least 6moth ago through branch. But after passing of 1month no machine delivered to me. Branch informed me that my pos machine request is showing as pending without assigning any reasons to me. Then again and again i have applied for the machine another 3 times. But all results is pending. On last 15.02.2019 i have handover a written request to branch manager but that also in vain. Now i understand why ubi has so bad reputation in the banking industry.
                            Moreover i have also send a prayer for the said machine online vide reference no given by your sight is posaps[protected].
                            Dated 09.02.2019. But your bank still stand without answer.
                            Now i am deeply thinking how long i shall able keep my relation with bank by incurring loss for not getting pos.
                            I am expecting your quick response for installation of the machine.

But the said amount deducted from my account balance lying with your Rishra Branch, Hooghly, Pin 712248 and the said transaction was failed. That is why this Form fill-up was uncompleted.

                                      I have blocked my atm card but bank told me that card is not blocked yet... Bcoz they may sent your atm card via post... This problem is from last 6 months and banks didn't able to block and send request form my atm card bcoz in there pc its appears to be not blocked yet... Although i have already hot listed my atm card
