Sir my salary (Savings) account on united bank of india, raghunathganj branch (Branch code 0466) is ceased for kyc incomplete. But i give all of my id proof ie votar id, pan card, aadhar card to the bank. Again for a personal loan i give all those documents. But without any information the account is cceased, and i cannot withdraw money from my aaccount. So tell me why bank is not giving information in advance to take this step. I will go to higher authority further. My sb account no[protected]
I go to the Axix bank Atm and when i enterd my ubi atm card in this atm after doung all steps the Atm does not give me money but in mobile phone i received a msg that it was debited. What should i do.. kindly do some thing and give my money it is urgent.

I've payed a bill worth 2077.68 through PayTM.The transition failed at the 1st time.So, I've payed it 2nd time.Next time the transition processed.But Bank debited 2 times from my Account.So give me the amount which is debited 1st time.

    Sir, i have a savings account in united bank of india, account number[protected]. I went to withdraw rs 9000 from an atm and the machine showed "transaction declined". But the amount got deducted from my account.
    Not a single toll free number is working o[censored]nited bank of india. This is the worst customer service i have ever faced.
    Whenever you call the customer service number, it says the number is invalid or the number is not active anymore.
    Doesn't matter, whomever is responsible for this issue, i think the bank in which the account is should take the responsibility.
    At least they should respond to their customers whenever they are called. It is very unfortunate that the toll free numbers of a nationalised bank are not working.
    If someone needs urgent money from the atm, he/she won't be able to get it because of these kind of faults

      At about 12pm on 2.7.2018 i used my atm card to draw an amount of 10000 from axis bank atm machine located at bayabazar square from my savings bank account no.[protected], but unfortunately neither the amount was disbursed nor any slip was given to me. As the contrary the aforesaid amount has been debited from my account. I request that the amount to be reverse credit in my account as soon as possible as it was a failed transaction.

      I have tried to recharge my railway wallet through paytm.. Two times (RS100+100)money was deducted.. Bt it was an unsuccessful transaction... Wallet was not credited both times... Pls refund my money as early as possible..

          I am booking a train ticket on 18 june 2018 by paytm but my ticket didnt booked and has been deducted i have recieve a message that they will be credited to your account in 7 working days but till now i didnt got back those money and your customer care services are so bad.. No one answers the calls... I want reply within 2 hrs otherwise i will file a case. Amount deducted was ₹188.33

            I used my united bank debit card to pay online payment at tspscsbiepay, rs. 200 debited from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful.

            Kindly refund the amount to my account.

              I tried booking a ticket from the irctc app on 27th of june but i failed several times. Once my money has been deducted but i have not received the refund till date. I contacted with irctc about it and they said that money have not been received by them and so refund will be done by the bank itself.                 There are many unauthorized charge on my bank account to amazon pay and bewakoof.com and phone pe on 27th of june 2018. Today on 30th june i got refund of rs 5 of phonepe and two transaction of amazon pay. Please help me to get the refund of all.                   I am a account holder of your bank o[censored]nited Bank of India, Karimganj Branch, yesterday me and my mom went to bank for knowing about subsidy of KCC account whether this money why credit to my mom account and if it is subsidy money then does it necessary to deposit again and if must to deposit then is it required interest money such as required on loan all such issue me and mom discussing with one bank staff who is sit in front of branch manager suddenly another staff of near sit starts using very very miserable words with me and mom for asking questions to another staff, I want action against him and want to close my this KCC account.

                    I talked oral online with someone to purchase a thing. But frist they told me that u have to pay 700 rupees advanced.

                      Dishonour of cheque bearing no 228231 by ubi durgapur city center
                      The above cheque amounting rs 2, 60, 000/- issued to reliance mutual fund from my ibid a/c, but the same was dishonour by the above bank and rs 260/- was deducted as fine from my ibid a/c. I went to the branch to inquire the matter. But they turned a deaf ear to solve it. Elucidate the reason for decline/dishonour and refund my deducted amount to avoid further litigation. Also compensate my lost honour, lost time and energy. I request you to kindly investigate the matter to find out the original reason and pinpoint responsibility to maintain your customer satisfaction at the optimum level

                          My name is devesh kumar singh. I ordered a product of skull crushers over the ear bluetooth headphones from amazon on 15th june 2018. I cancelled the prodeuct due to some reason. On 18th june amazon sent an email stating they had refunded the the balance of rs 9505 with the reference no. 74332748170816907881511. I called the customer care o[censored]nion bank of india they told me no such money has been credited to my account. I called amazon customer care they said they credited the amount and suggested me file a charge dispute complaint. The amount to be credited is rs9505.

                                    I returned a Nokia 6 to Amazon and they initiated the refund of Rs12, 999 on 31/5/2018 however I still didn't get the refund in my bank account[protected]. The transaction Digits were HSBCN[protected]. It's been too long since the usual one week to 10 day's gap that transactions of these kind normally take. Please look into the matter and release the amount into my bank account immediately.

On 23.06.2018 i had requested uti for purchasing o[censored]ti hybrid equity fund direct dividend plan dividend reinvestment for rs. 10, 000.00 (Rupees ten thousand only) and made payment to them through rupay atm cum debit card. An amount of rs. Was debited from my savings bank account no....140614 with ubi, dankuni govt. Housing complex branch, ramniwas, north subhaspalli, t. N. Mukherjee road, dankuni, po dankuni, dist. Hooghly, pin: 712311, customer id 11390928, ifs code: utbi0dhcf35 the party also confirmed my request and advised me that my request will be processed after payment is finalised. The amount has been debited from my account as has been confirmed through sms message. It has also been shown in the sms message that failed txn. So, it is the responsibility of the bank to credit the amount to the concerned customer account if the transaction is failed. Pl. Do the needful at your end.

                                        I pay my application fees on 22/06/2018 from internet banking due to some internet problem transaction are fail then i again pay to another application fees to same web site that are successfully transaction but after some time fail transaction amount are deduct from bank account but no update in wbbpe site. I pay application fees in same website twice back to back so i cannot find that which is successfully transaction and which is unsuccessfully transaction but two time amount are deduct from my bank account. Please take necessary steps as soon as possible and refund my money or update in wbbpe site.
