I buyed a laptop on 13 jan but then retrun it it on 30 jan. and amazon initiated a refund on 31 jan but still there is no amout credit in my account. they told that it should be reflect in your account by 5 feb but still no credit in my account. they also provide me reference no which they get only when the amout is successfully initiated from their end. so but now bank doesn't seem to work properly beacause it should reflect by 5 feb. i want to fill a charge dispute form and please resolve this issue as soon as possible. please return refund asap.

    While trying to withdraw Rs 5000 from my UBI account from SBI ATM at New Vill Road, Jorhat on[protected] at 09-04:26, the ATM did not dispense the amount but the amount was shown deducted from my account. I lodged a complaint but till date my amount has not been refunded by the bank. Please help me to get back my money.

      This is to inform you that inspite my home loan account ([protected])) from sarsuna branch has been undergoing legal procedure and all the requisite documents have been submitted and communicated to the concerned branch.

      However today, without any intimation the amt if 23, 668 has been auto debited from my account .

      I have tried to call the branch manager numerous times but without any response.

      The amount was kept for my son course fee which is to be submitted at the earliest and am jobless currently. Looking forward for your cooperation in this regard

        Respected Sir,
        I Arghyadip Mondal purchased two items from amazon online shopping through cash on delivery on dated 28/12/2020.But unfortunately i canceled both items and amazon initiated the refund my money in my UBI account now PNB on dated 10/01/2021 TRANS NO[protected] &[protected] Rs-2099+2099 Total-4198.But approx 15 days gone no any money received in my UBI/ PNB AC .So please help me and take necessary action.

          On 16 Jan 2021 I tried to book a ticket in irctc app but the ticket was not booked due to no response from bank .But money was debited from my account and still not been credited .I contact with irctc support they told me that it is not their fault because it is the issue from bank side.The transaction I'd is : [protected]

            Amazon send 403 rupees in my bank account on 13 January 2021 ( OR AFTER 13 JANUARY), but amount is not showing in my account.
            Amazon told me, they send money to my account and they also provide me a Reference Number[protected].
            I also contact to bank and bank costumer service but they don't solve this problem.
            I also mail two times to bank costumer service, but they don't respond.
            Please look into this matter

But transaction fail RRN NO[protected] AT 11:31:45.But money deducted from my account and Rs-7000 not return in my account till now.Approx 27 days gone but no any action taken, So i request you again and again Please help me .Please look after my problem.

                  Recently I have ordered a product worth 65990.0 INR on 31/12/2020 on amazon.in and I have to cancelled the order for personal reasons on 4/1/2021. This ordered was placed with United Bank of India RuPay debit card(card no [protected]). Today is Jan 13th and I haven't credited yet.

                      I am again stating that the Cash Credit Account (AC No:[protected], total two; one Joint and one Individual) associated with the Panjab National Bank (erstwhile United Bank of India), Bolepur Bhubandanga Branch for which two loans of Rs. 45Lakhs (Total 90 Lakhs) have been disbursed DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. Till date no loan has been sanctioned/disbursed against me from any bank.
                      BECAUSE OF THE INCORRECT CIBIL REPORT I AM FACING PROBLEM FOR GETTING AN URGENT LOAN CONSEQUENTLY I AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE FACING MENTAL UNREST AS WELL AS IN THE VERGE OF FINANCIAL LOSS. WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANY UNFORTUNATE EVENT OCCUR DUE TO THE MENTAL UNREST?????
                      WHY SHOULD I FACE SUCH KIND OF HARASSMENT OUT OF THE MISTAKE NOT COMMITTED BY ME??????? WHY SHOULD I SPEND MY VALUABLE TIME, EFFORT AND PERSONAL PEACE????? PLEASE CLARIFY HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE FROM YOUR END!!! TREAT THE MATTER AS URGENT.

                              This is a reminder complaint. On 01.12.2020. amount of Rs 2181 was debited from my account[protected] to Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd., the payment of which was unsuccessful and did not return back to my account. I had registered a compaint here on 08.12.2020. for which I did not recieve any fruitful response at all. I am willing to wait for further 7 days from now for a useful response beyond which I will have to put up this issue in RBI ombudsmen.

                                  My self rajender kumar, partner in M/s Johri mal Brij Lal, having current account number[protected] with your khari baoli delhi branch. I am facing issues with the banking services at the branch . The connectivity is always as an issue.

                                  I have sent a cheque for withdrawl from last 2 days however always returned on pretext of no connectivity.

                                  My cheques are also being retuned despite sufficient balance being maintained in the account. it is affecting the financial credibility of my organization without any fault of mine. I am a customer from more than 3 decades and in these difficult times i am facing issues with digital banking also.

                                  The staff is not well aware of the new portals for drawing statements and helping the customer. I am loosing faith in your customer service which is a huge disappointment .

                                  I would want an early action in all my issues so that they can be resolved amicably without any need for further escalations.

                                      I paid 8007/- on 21th, December 2020 to Billdesk for buying an item from my nearest store Reliance Digital, Axis Mall, Rajarhat New Town, kolkata 700156, West Bengal while doing the transaction online through my paytm UPI the money had been deducted from my account instantly.Afterwards i got a call from the store & they said the item which i ordered was Display Item then i said them on call to cancell that order.As per refund policy they said the the refund amount will be credited in my account within 10 days.but already 10 days were passed through that 10 days i called customar care for several times but they repeatedly said the same things .Then on 4th January i mailed to Billdesk & explained my issue clearly through mail then on 5th january i got a reply by Billdesk through mail that they have checked the transaction details & find the payment via TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER-VHD[protected] for 8007/- has already been initiated & sent to bank for refund as on Dec 24, 2020.They suggested me to contact the transaction respective bank.I already contact with my transaction respective bank but bank told the deducted amount was not credited to my account .but already Billdesk gave me the transaction reference number for this refund money which was mentioned on the above.Till now i was not received my refunded amonut its already 15 days to gone.i request please take a necessary steps against my issue as soon as possible.all supporting documents has been attached along with this complain.

                                        Here I humbly pray most respectfully I am to submit my humble submission as under seeking your kind intervention for expedite disposal of the long pending matter and enable me to continue my course of studies.

                                        Firstly, that I have been selected to undergo the course of studies in B. Sc. Nursing at Shri Vishnu College of Nursing Bangalore on 20/06/2019 based on the merit of Entrance Examination held on 11/05/2019 since then I got admission and continuing educational curriculum of the said disciplines there.

                                        It is needful to mention here that my parents are used to live from hand to mouth. I have applied Education Loan and submitted in United Bank of India, PATASPUR(KASBA) Branch as the application ID. 604559 and Student ID 1276160 which I have attached along with this mail.


                                        But few days before I visited the Branch with all my documents, and branch manager told directly on face that I cannot sanction your education loan due to certain reasons

                                        1. “There should be furnishing of the guarantor” which is “against RBI and IBA regulations” and refused my application.

                                        As per the RBI and IBA guidelines as Mr. Varughese John, The General Manager of Reserve Bank of India made notification to The Chairman/Managing Director to All scheduled commercial banks with letter No. RPCD.PLNFS.BC.NO.83/06.12.05/2000-01, the MODEL EDUCATION LOAN SCHEME has to be served without guarantor.

                                        Here I humbly pray for my future and family to get Government of India Model Education Scheme for my studies. I would be grateful to you for the same till my days.
