    I'm having an account (A/c no.[protected] in ubi college street branch tried to pay via debit card an amount of 25840/- to sree kanchan gold yesterday at 17.34. The transaction has been failed, no receipt were out from the mechine but the amount got deducted from my account. Please refund it as soon as possible. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

      Dear sir,

      I tanni roy having an a/c in the ubi naval base ichapur. A/c no[protected]
      When i tried to withdraw rs 2500 from my a/c on 30/09/17 around 11:45:08 am from the ubi atm maniktala ichapur at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not received any money nor any receipt from the atm.
      But when i checked the balance from the sms and other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

      Sir i have already given the complain to the ubi naval base but till now no any reply come not the money.

      So i requesting you to take necessary action

      I withdrawn Rs 5000 from Kandi sbi atm On 24.09.2017 at 13:45:24. but unfortunately atm are cant work. mony cant release from atm. but my ubi account balance debit.also my register mobile no sms sent for debit.
      From last 5 days i didnot get text messeges after transactions . Please fix it . Its urgent

Utbie [protected]. Informed me that txn was failed but the said amount had been debited from my account. On enquiry the payee said the amount is not credited to his account too. Kindly help me refund the amount to my account.

Transaction amounts are 1st 1523.97, 2nd 484.47, and 3rd is 457.78. All the amounts are deduction my account but wbsedcl says that they are not received you amount. So i wish to you that you are solve the problem as soon as possible....

                Sir,

                This is to inform you that i am an account holder of your jyangra - hatiara branch (1433) being account no[protected].

                I am not receiving account update to my mobile no [protected] or [protected], last update received on 04.09.2017. Due to not receiving
                Any messages from your end i am completely ignore of the gas subsidy received, pension received, it refund received.
                These informations are now a days very sensitive, sometimes we need persuasions for recovery,
                Pl. Also note that the update machine is also out of order for last few months.
                Being a senior citizen, age old member and long association with your bank i, therefore, request you to send messages and repair update machines regularly.

                    I went to SBI ATM at Jalalkhanbar, contai to withdraw Rs 5000. Atm slip generated 'unable to process'. But The bank send me a massage which say Rs 5000 debited.My acount also show the debited balnce.

                      Dear sir i am a ubi savings account holder. I transfer rs 3000 through united bhim upi on 9/10/2017 at 6.33 pm to my state bank savings account. But unfortunately transaction failed due to some problem. But rs 3000 debited from my ubi account but not credited payee account. My transaction reference number is[protected]. I complain on 10/10/2017. But still now money not credited in my account. Complain reference number through upi is[protected].

                      My a/c no :[protected], a/c debited Rs -1000 and 800 but it is not added to airtel moeny .it is failed. So sir this money returned in my a/c.

                            Today first i withdraw 10000/- from sbi gorabazar atm.
                            Then i went to bank of india atm, gorabazar and try to withdraw 10000/-.. But the transaction is failed but the money was deducted from my a/c.. A/c no.[protected] ubi berhampore gorabazar branch

                              Today i have tried to withdrawl 10, 000/- from hdfc bank atm rajpur. Atm no:- p1cnko17. Tran. Declined unable to process. So i havn't got the money. But this amount of money have deducted from my account. My savings bank account no:[protected] branch:- harinavi (2106) and my card no:- [protected]. Please help me. How can i get back the money?
                              My a/c has been debited ₹244. At 12.54.37.for recharge on airtel no([protected]) by paytm app. But paytm show me recharge failed. But bank a/c balance debited.
                              I was booking tickets on irctc.co.in and completed my transaction process having transaction id PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/IRCTC. But i have not got my ticket and money was debited from my account.
                              kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
                              Transaction was successful but the amount has not been credited into the merchant account. Payment done through United bank of india customer id 13187610 and account no.[protected] transaction amount is Rs. 34001/- and it was done to yatra online private limited

                                While trying to make an transaction online, through net banking with my id 56947757, the system don't allow me to process my transaction. A message flash says "the user is disabled for transaction". Its being almost more than 9 months of period that i complained twice in my branch about it, but no help and response from the bank manager rather his reply is always negative.
                                I also tried to call the toll free number and that too is a bluff. So i need to get out of the problem as soon as possible.

                                  An amount of rs. 12367.50 have been debited from my a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx1260, ubi lalbazar branch, kolkata, to be paid to the future foundation school trust through sb collect on 07.10.2017, but the payee account as mentioned, supposed to be credited rs. 12350.00 as school fees for october has not been credited. Kindly sort out the problem at the earliest.

                                  On 3rd October 2017, I purchased things from manyavar gariahut store the total bill was rs 6998/-. The Ubi debit card showed declined while transaction therefore I paid the money in cash. Later at night the bank statement came in my mobile showing the payment done through the card, which in reality didn’t happen the card failed to be used so I paid in cash. My a/c[protected]
                                  Kindly refund back the amount after the inquiry.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have visited trice in united bank of india (Teliamura br. (0265) tripura,) for opening an saving a/c. I'm the permanent residence of teliamura and posted at guwahati which is almost 650km from teliamura, and for me its very much difficult to visit on regular basis.
                                    One of bank staff recieved my documents and form and processed the necessary formalities and forward to bm for verification. I have meet bm for the same and bm ask to wait outside for 10 min. I have been there for almost 2 hours and after my reminder to bm, he replied that "your a/c will be opening by next week".
                                    I have expressed my problem and request him for help but he behaves very arrogant.

                                    Now i know the difference between public sector bank and private sectors.
                                    Why the customers of public sector banks are very much disappointed with the service.

                                    I'm writing this email and hoping of solution.
