In my mobile (No [protected]) i found an amount of rs. 86.08 has been debited from my savings account no[protected] of narendrapur branch, kolkata -103 on 25th august 2017 for which l have no record. Through my mobile i tried to lodge complaint (Goo. Gl/4g2ww3), but every time it shows "something error occured. Try again,"

I have paid BSNL BILL through Bill Desk, although transaction is successful and i.d. no 8255920, but no response has been received from BSNL. The amount of Rs, 227/= has been debited to my a/c. Please let me know how can I get the digital receipt.

I had made an complint on 12th march. The problem has not yet sorted out, atleast no further communacation has been received from your end. Please do it at earliest.

On 18/09/2020 I was trying to withdraw cash of Rs 8000/- from Axis Bank ATM( +Barasat Station Road ATM) located at Barasat Station road. But finally the machine showed transaction cancelled. The cash of Rs 8, 000/- had not been dispensed but as soon as I received an SMS that Rs 8000/- deducted from my account. Next day my bank manager(UBI subhasnagar br.) lodged a complain about the problem. Whenever I asked my br manager he always says the money will be refunded. After 28 days the bank again lodged another complain about the matter. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible

I checked my account summary, it is also showing a debit of Rs 10000.

    My name is sayantan chakraborty, when i try to with draw money from my account but it is not happening like normal ways. The transaction failed but amount debited 5300/-. I try to communicate toll-free but same no one receives. So what i do, i have an emergency, need money badly, that my money in your bank. Please don't play with that. Return it.

      As on 17.08.2017, i made a payment of rs. 27516.00 on account of gst payment against cpin no. - [protected]. The payment was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed. Till date the money has not been reversed to my account. I also complain on grievance cell against grievance no.[protected] on 18.08.2017 but as on 21.08.2017 the status is showing pending. The amount of refund urgently required for make payment of gst.
      Today I went to ATM to withdraw money but the transaction was unsuccessful.. " sorry unable to process "... It was happened two times...But both the time money was deducted...What to do? Please help

        Sir my account has been debited through using my atm on sbi machine while it was showing unable to process your request. Than also it has been deducted. Today is the third day from that caused day but still not received my money in my account. I have called many times to the customr service but they dont pick my call always saying busy.

              I am himel kumar sarkar. Today i deposit 2, 500/- in my savings a/c. I gave 9 number of 10 rupee coin and 2 number of 5 rupee coin but he (Receiving clark) refuse to receive the coins and return to me. He strictly said that coins are only for using in market, not for deposite in bank. Have there any such rule from rbi or ubi? Why he harass a customer such that way?
              It is verry frustrating news that goverment announced again and again that refuse for receiving the coins are a punishable offense but a part of government survent are directly connected with this offense.
              I want proper equity.

                I have tried to withdraw rs 9500 at atm attached to krishnanagar ubi (Atm id akl1017u) at arround 05.40 pm, but the machine shut downin the middle of the transaction. After the atm machine resumed i took mini statement at 05.46 pm and found rs 9500/- have been debited from my a/c however, i have received no money against that transaction.
                Please arrange to return rs 9500/- to my sb a/c at the earliest.

                  I mrityunjoy basari an account holder o[censored]bi (Kandi branch, murshidabad, wb) a/c no[protected] & customer id[protected]; have used mobile banking neft to transfer rs-40000/- to my another sbi bank account (A/c no - [protected], branch - khayrasol, birbhum, wb);. But according to passbook there is no credit of that rs - 40000/- at my sbi account, although there is debit of rs - 40006/- from my ubi account.
                  So please help me to take necessary arrangement to transfer those amount rupees successfully at my sbi account.

Few days back i have visited an atm counter on 15.07.2017 and swiped my card to withdrawn an amount of rs.1000/- but the amount has been debited from my account whereas the cash hasn't disbursed from the machine that time. So, kindly see this matter urgently and arrange my amount as soon as possible it will be very grateful to you.

                        My father maintains an account at ubi in andhra pradesh.


                        I have transferred 2.45 lakhs to my father's account for some emergency this morning.

                        The bank manager has refused to allow my dad to withdraw his money.
                        In addition, manager has even told that the customer has to call him and inform him a day earlier.

                        I am wondering, is there a policy to inform the manager a day before to withdraw cash?

                        I wanted to talk to the manager to explain him the situation and asked my dad to pass on the mobile phone to the manager this morning.
                        However, the manager told him that he does not have to talk to anyone over phone and he does not even have time to talk to the customers over phone.

                        Manager’s interaction with customers is very bad. The customers are afraid to even enter to the bank branch here.

                        Request you to please intervene and help us to withdraw our money today.

                            I have account in ubi. To get a simple service (Any) bank staff always harass me. The customer care complain number of the worst bank never work.

                            I bet you will never be able to say a single word in this helpline.

                            When i tried to check the status, they said record not found.
                            I have used my debit card 15, 7, 17 in kulti thana more ATM but I have faced problem at the time of transaction the money has not come out of the ATM.But on my mobile phone the massage has came that your transaction has succeeded and debited so inform us the problem.
                            I made an online payment through my debit card on GoIBIBO for train ticket booking...Payment was successful but booking was cancalled for sum reason. They have initiated a refund message but bank authority is not taking any action regarding this matter.plz help

                                I used my UBI ATM debit card on 07/07/17 at Kolkata HDFC ATM machine to withdraw Rs 4000. But unfortunately after the concerned process the said money is not come out of the machine. And I got a sms that my account debited by Rs 4000 Please take a necessary step as I can get refund my money to my Ac No.[protected].
                                My UBI ATM debit card number is [protected]. I think it should be refunded within 10 hours in this modern technical and digital India. Why should I have to pass my time through an anxiety?
                                It is noted that 08 /07/17 the Saturday is hopefully second Saturday. So the branch where my account existing named Marutala branch was closed. I went there to visit and to complain about the matter, but the door of the branch was locked for the whole day due to 2nd Saturday hopefully.

                                I used my UBI ATM debit card on 07/07/17 at Kolkata HDFC ATM machine to withdraw Rs 4000. But unfortunately after the concerned process the said money is not come out of the machine. And I got a sms that my account debited by Rs 4000 Please take a necessary step as I can get refund my money to my Ac No. 0691010115698.

                                  I am Tapan Kumar Banerjee an ex Sgt of Indian Airforce served 20 years of regular service and retired from service on 30 July 2004. My PPO no. is 08/14/B/04005/2004 Pre 2006 arrears as per circular no 568 and also 7th PC arrears has not been paid fully and inspite of my regular complaint to cmcppc o[censored]nited Bank of India they are not taking any strict action regarding the subject. You are requested to look into the matter of an ex servicemen who has served the nation with full dedication.

                                  I am Ahindra Sarkar avail a current account TS TELECOM o[censored]BI bank Kushkari Branch. The bank will deduct Rs. 3200/- dated 20-March-2017 without any information & bank have not provide me any details for this. So, I have complain against the bank for solution.

                                    On 30th june around 10:58 am in the morning near sikanderpur metro station gurgoan in sbi atm i was trying to take out money but it was saying time out, i tried twice same reply so i waited for sometime they said it might be system error and tried any other atm so in sbi atm i could not take out any money, so i went to the hdfc bank where i took out the money only once and i receive a message that i got deducted twice how can that be possible when i only took out the money ones but got deducted the same amount i withdrawn twice, i directly contacted the customer care number that was [protected] but the number was ringing but no answer, i tried for 2 days continuously but no soloution. I want my money back that was deducted without my permission as i did not gave any authorisation to take it from my account moreover i did not withdrawn twice, i withdrawn only ones that was in hdfc atm but the sbi was not able to withdrawn it and still got charged for that, i'm a student please return my money back.

                                    is located in the first floor therefore it is very difficult for older customer to go
                                    there for withdrawl of money.Therefore I would request you to take steps of
                                    functioning of the ATM

                                      Bank officials deny to work after lunch hours. They firstly arrive late to the office and then deny to take deposits or carry withdrawals after lunch hours, saying bank is closed. They do not even bother to update the pass book.
                                      Kindly, take this under consideration and solve this matter o[censored]nprofessionalism because this has been causing lots of problems to the customers.

                                        Dear sir
                                        Today (26/6/2017) i went for withdrew 4000/- from axis bank, agarpara tarapukur main road atm counter. Accordingly i have entered pin. Your atm shows that “transaction declined” but ubi bank immidiately messaged me said amount has alreday deducted from my mother’s account[protected]. How can it possible. I am a police officer and maintained all the security mesaure during transactions. So pl returned my hard earned money to my moters”s account which your atm could not disbursed to me. You can check your cctv footage also.
                                        Pl take necessary action from your end.
