I ordered a product (Mobile phone - redimi 3s prime, 32gb worth rs. 8, 999/-) from amazon on 5th may 2017. But my product was totally defected so i returned my phone on 10th may 2017 to amazon. On 26.1.2017 i have withdrawn an amount of rupees 10000 /- from a sbi atm, biarapa, alipurduar, wb-735204. But because of some technical problem atm provided me 6000/- rupees instead and my account has been debited with 10000 inr.
