I have drawn Rs 1000 from UBI ATM, Ulsoor, Bangalore on 05 Nov 2016, but not delivered the same from ATM machine. On the part I have complained ATM Security and he was told your cash reverted to your account within 24 hours to your account. But after 24 hours not to credit my account. Please kindly you are requested to credit to my account No [protected] immediately.

Respected Sir, this is A Sahadevan and I have SBI ATM Card (a/c No [protected]). I had drawn Rs 1000/- from UBI ATM Machine, Ulsoor, Bangalore (6310) on 05 Nov 2016 but not to delivery cash and suddenly off the system and restared. I have told on the part to Security Guardmen and he told the same amount reverted with in 24 hours. The next day (ie 06 Nov 2016) I had went to UBI ATM and met to Security and told again the system is being repaired and after repaired of system your money Rs 1000/- will be credited in your bank account so kindly plz check the information and let the amount be tranferd to my account my mobile no:[protected] &

    United Bank of India customer care service is just simply a nonsense service.When I have spoken with a executive for my cheque stop as it is lost and it is urgent basis he said he can't do anything I have to visit branch to stop neither he helped me by giving any other option his behavior was very rough towards me as I am his servant.If this is the way to handle your customer I really feel pity for this renowned bank.That this kind off worthless executives are keeping by this bank and I make sure I will close my account from this bank as well persons whom I know keeping account in this bank will also change their accounts from here as you are giving a wonderful service.very very disappointed from this bank and also with the customer care executive with whom I have spoken.

      but now 22nd oct, 2016 1:44 am i get msg from ubi rs.800 and rs. 800 total rs.1600 deducted from my account.So as as possible
      please refund my amount

        Sir, I have a saving account in united bank of India in which my prorata pension is transferred from centralized pension processing center(CPPC).
        My seventh pay commision arrers are still not transfered.Only Rs 01/-(one only) is transfred .in my account no[protected].
        I have given complaint to branch manager but no action is taten.
        there fore you are requested to do need full action.

          It is disappointing that your bank manager has been so irresponsible and unprofessional. This kind o[censored]nethical behavior is not at all expected and welcomed by any customer.
          As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your manager, i have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that
          I went to the bank many times almost 6th times, the bank manger totally denied to give me solvency certificate, as he can’t indentify me or not known to him or i dont maintain the account regulary. Fine i agreed that i don’t maintain my account reguarly, but i have being maintaining my account since august of this year. He said he can’t help it as he don’t knew me personally or maintain my account reguarly. So he ask my identity card, like pan card, adhaar, voter card, so i produce all. He ask me what did my family do? So i answer all the question he raised to me. My father is a well reconized public authourity, an elected member of autonomous district council in tamenglong district. My father even wrote an authourization letter identifying that i am his son. But still he don’t give any attention, he told me still he can’t help it, but i keep on requesting if he can help me, so he said come after september 30 will see about it, so i awaited for more than 10 days and i came today on 04 october, he told me when i enter the manager room, he greet me you came again to disturb me? So am i not his customer? So he told me again, we will talk later escaping without giving any attention, wheever i come he ll keep on escaping come tomorrow/later will see about it. So i get frustrated, and he is so irresponsible to serve being a competent authourity. Why he have being asking me imporper query like who is my mla? Is the bank a political scenario? Atlast i have even requested him to give the amount of solvency which i have maintain the amount in my account, even that he refused. So why did the bank manager ill treated me this much? Am’ i some foreigner that the bank couldn’t verified me when i have all the supported document and in my own state? Stop talking about i don’t maintain regualar account, why he ask me if anyone of my family/relatives work in rims hospital where the bank reside in the same campus just for that certificate, so i said no. But i have in other offices, but the manager told me he want only in rims. So i thought this bank branch won’t help me by any means or talk so i requested to transfer my account in other branch. Please take care that this kind of ill treated may reflect in you service which may inversely reflect in your reputation in service.

            Dear sir/madam, i went to ubi (branch - deganga, w. b-743423) to withdraw money but i found the main gate was locked. i looked for some employee but no one was there and after some time a boy came and told that after 3:30 pm no work will be done so come tomorrow. i had some emergency and so i went there. what if someone cant make it till 3:30 pm because of his work and all. is 3:30 is the official time?

                Please be informed that i am an account holder o[censored]nited bank of india and using their debit card having no.[protected].

                I was surprised when i could not use it today morning during imp urgency and learned in atm that card is blocked by bank reason is not known to me.

                My q is:
                Whether a bank can do this without consulting / inquiring customer in this regard.

                What was such urgency bank took this action without knowledge of customer?

                If such action was taken why he was not informed by the bank regarding action taken and do and does.

                It is proved from above that bank is very poor in communication.
                Poor in service to satisfy the customer/

                This may be inquired.

                My debit card should be restored to operation immediately.

                This may be treated on top priority as complainer need money urgently now. Bank is not working due to holiday in haldia

                  I am suffering from last 2days only just to open a savings account on United Bank of India, Panpur Branch, Kankinara 743126.But none of the employers are co-operate with me, even not manager also.They are saying that without aadhar card they will not open my savings account.Where I have no aadhar card but I have my voter i.d card, pan card, ration card which are can use as KYC (Know Your Customar) document. But they are still say that they will not open my account without aadhar card as like as forcibly.

                  Sir/Madam, actually I need the account for a job. Please help me about this trouble and this kind of forcibly.

                    Sir, I went to United Bank of India Jalalpur Branch on 5th September, 2016 to open my maiden account. But I was disappointed when I came to learn that bank manager was absent and I was told to come next working day.Being s.service man I had to go school for teaching. So I sent my friends to open my account with full testimonials. But he was sent saying no application is received without candidate and also told to come next working day as bank manager was remained absent.Next working day I sent him again with original testimonials.Bank manager made him harassment saying " I couldn't open account without candidate ". So I want to take an action against Jabalpur Branch o[censored]BI.

First his reply was, there is no such scheme., even after showing the document, which was issued by said branch, he unable to reply n showing no interest to findout.

                        I am having an account in the above said bank which is a salary account. my account no. is[protected] in maliara branch, dist. bankura, west bengal. all is going fine but in the month of may'2016 on 30th i went to bank to withdraw some amount but before it i just took out a mini statement regarding availability of balance. but i am very surprised that in my account the availability balance was shown an amount of rs. 9980492.32. very next day i went to bank and enquired for the same but the bank authority failed to give any reply. after certain time on the very day they simply freeze my account and i am unable to withdraw any amount.in the month of july' 2016 on 18th i took out another statement from atm counter where again i am very surprised to see that the balance comes to negative amount to rs.-1000000. after that every month my salary is getting in, in my account & bank authority is directly debiting the full amount. i visited many a times but they are not giving any response to me. now i am in such a situation that i am unable to maintain my family needs. even the situation arises to such extent whether i have to commit suicide or what, i am very much frustrated. i just come to know from one of my friend and wrote down the full fact in this column for some help. having all the print out of atm statement. kindly do help me out.

                        I tried to withdraw Rs. 700 from a SBI ATM, but somehow transaction declined by showing a error message after that I have received a confirmation sms that Rs. 720 has been debited from my bank account, I request you to solve the problem as early as possible

                            This is to inform you that I am a Pension Person and I am fixed deposit money a sum of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- ( Rupees five Lakh) only with your branch Name Amarabati Defence Colony (1490) IFSC : UTBI0ADCF48 during 24/09/2012 for five years and interest Rs. 9.75% with terms & condition. But it is seen that interest monthly Rs. 4030/- paid to me in place of interest monthly Rs. 4062/- (.) Since it also notice to you that my monthly interest has been deducted wef 06/06/2015 to 24/02/2016. I contract with my branch manager but said officer not interested to me and neither any action taken with my deducted money return to my account. So, I am facing hard ship due to shortage of my interest amount. I already submitted Form 15 well in time in every year.

                              Yesterday i came to ubi imphal branch (Ifsc code : utbi0imp312) to open a new bank account and enquired a ladies staff where to submit account openning form. The lady staff told me that the staff concerned to recieved the form was out for lunch. The lady who was out for lunch came back and i submitted the form. She told me that i need to get her (The first lady staff) verification first. As i am told i appproached her (The first staff) again to get my form verified. There she told me it was not her to verify the form and show me, by pointing at one of the staff stationed at the reception deck. I went to him (The staff at the reception deck) who also behaved toward me in the same way and told me that it was not him it was her who is to verify "account openning form. Lastly, after a little arguement, she told me that customers from tamenglong can't open bank account in imphal. And i went back withou openning my account.

                              I want immediate action against those staffs and i want a (In written) reply that what action been taken by you.

                                I have requested about mobile / internet banking 40 days before in United bank of India Jaipur Branch. but there is no response from the bank, they told me that bank will send you a sms on your registered mobile number. but i hav'nt any msg/call from the bank so far. i again complaint on their website about the same. its been 15 days but again there is no response from the bank . staff is very rude at the Jaipur Branch.

                                  I have salary Account with Icici Bank (1858) Maharaja Bada Branch at Gwalior. My account no is[protected].
                                  On 09.11.15 around 10.50 PM I have done three cash withdrawal transaction with United Bank of india, Kampoo, Gwalior Atm No. 9731210. Same Amount Rs 10000 Each. But sir, in my 2nd transaction, ATM not dispensed cash, so I immediately called icici customer care and informed them. In Customer care assured me it will reversed in my account after 2 days.
                                  Sir, it was reversed 10k in my account, but again 17.11.15 bank reversed 10k again from my account, as per my icici bank, Atm bank informed my 2nd transaction was successful. Then I again escalate my complaint to bank, and requested to me show me video recording, bcoz I am honest and that why I asked for same, so my icici bank wrote to ATM BANK united bank of india, For video footage, bank bank not responded yet.
                                  My request to you pls do needful and Cr. My Rs 10000 asap in my Icici Bank account.

                                    We visit at vashi turbhe branch code-536563 for opening new saving account on dated 18.04.2016 but staff tell me concern person on leave and again visit on dated 19.04.2016 but he tell me document not complete and use wrong tone while before 1 day we ask him about document and same we carry with us, but call next day means 20.04.2016, and same we vsit then tell me today deposit rs.500/- and come again after 7 days then weagain visit today but today again tell me come after 3-4 days but why this type behave with customer, our valuable time has been lost for opening a normal saving account, who is responsible????

                                      Sub: have not received the atm debit card even after over a month since account opening.

                                      Respected sir/ madam,
                                      I, saswata ghose s/o santanu ghose, of 110/a/h/8, linton street, kolkata-700014, have opened a savings account in united bank of india, cit road branch, ifsc: utbi0cit137, on 24/03/2016, a/c no.[protected]. Even after a month has passed since account opening i have yet not received my atm debit card which is causing me immense problem in handling my account.
                                      On 06/04/2016 i had received a mail from the bank which helped me in procuring my passbook. I enquired at the bank about my atm debit card and cheque book. The bank staff told me to enquire at my local post office (Entally p.O.) as the atm debit card had been dispatched long back and i was suppose to receive it within 15 days of account opening. I enquired at the post office and they refused to have any mail in my name, i returned back to the bank and ask the same staff in this regard they he handed me a form to apply for cheque book and informed me that no atm debit card has been returned to the bank in my name.
                                      In this situation i am kindly requesting you to look into this matter as i am unnecessarily being harassed and unable to use my account for transactions.
                                      Please help me to procure my cheque book and atm debit card at an earliest as i am unable to use my account.
