    Dear sir,
    I am a customer of your krishnapur branch(UTBI0KSUF89).
    I am faced problem in this branch my passbook not up-to-date after last 16th Jan 2016.manager says update start 11/4/16 time 11am to 12pm. But last I going but not up-to-date. And not idea bank staff when start this service.
    And SMS not send any transaction. Received or payment.
    Sir customers not your employee or friend, you better understand. Please look into this matter as earliest.

        Sir I'm mithun Barman. I have faced transaction problem of total 16000 rupees. My United Bank account no is[protected]. Registered mobile no [protected]. Transaction problem is in between United bank account & united wallet.
        I have done a fund in of 10000 in my united wallet account from my united bank account on 29 march. The money is deducted from my bank account but wallet balance is not credited with that amount of money. Another transaction of 6000 rupees on 1st April from united wallet to bank account. The money is deducted from wallet balance but there is no credit in my bank account.

          The bank manager behaviour is so rude that no one can go to his room after facing any problem, he is totally intolerable to the customers. Such type of behaviour we cann't expect from him. If a nearby other branch will be open of other bank in future, I will close all of my 4 accounts from UBI nimta branch.

            jalgaon .i use mobile app o[censored]BI for
            mobile no [protected] to recharge.
            App shows too time for processing.then messege flash time out transaction fails. My mobile no.does not recharge. But Bank Deduct Rs. 50. From my Ac.
            please Bank refund back my amount or recharge my mob. No.
            Make apps and netbanking fast and stops cheating customers.

                    Hi All, I am writing a mail with the hope to get solution from your side.. I have a loan account in your dum dum park branch on the name of shankar SHAW loan account no.[protected]. I have a LIC which is with the bank and now it get mature 2 month back and now we are doing follow up with your branch manager to settle the account but he is having such a casual approach he didn't send a request to LIC even and wheneever we are visiting to the branch he is saying within week we will do it and call y but still he didn't do it. Today also I visited the branch again same thing he is repeating when I am asking the name of manager he is decline to tell me.. Request you to solve my problem immediately and share feedback to manager for such casual approach .. unnecessary customer is getting harassment for this. Pls contact me on my no.[protected].

                        I am not able to book the ticket from ubi rupay prepaid card and now I want my money back in my bank account. I have faced the same issue before as well and mailed to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but did not got any satisfactory response.

                        I have previously booked ticket from this card. But now it's giving attached error (I have tried booking 4 times but failed (3 times from my account and once from my sisters account)).

                          My name is SREEJAYAN T M I am having S B Account at UBI KOZHIKODE. My account No. is [protected]. My UBI Visa Card No. is [protected]. In India I was using the card for shopping and withdrawing money from ATM.. Last week I have visited Malayasia and Singapore. First two days I was in Malayasia and there was no problem with the card. After I reached Singapore, I used the Card for withdrawing money, & shopping. I used the card at different places and all the places the swiping machine was not accepting the card.                             My s/b a/c with UBI BESUS Branch is[protected]. SMS alert against this a/c was very prompt earlier. But for the last six months I have not been receiving any SMS alert for reasons not quite clear. Repeated reminders to the concerned branch have been ineffective. I am a senior citizen and this is my pension a/c. Please do the needful.

                              I, sujit kumar ghosh, have a savings account ([protected]xxxx) with hdfc bank, dogachia branch, burdwan.
                              I have used ubi, nayasarai, hooghly branch atm centre (Atm card no:4854 4602 xxxx 5190) on 30.10.2015 at 6 pm for withdrawing an amount of rs. 2, 000/ - .

                              A bad experience i have gathered. I have not received any money from the ubi bank atm. But my account is showing that rs. 2, 000/ - has been debited from my account.
                              So i request you to please look into the matter and arrange to credit the same amount immediately.

                                My visa card no [protected] (122) from United Bank of India, my SB a/c no[protected]. I used visa and paid rs.50 to BSNL on[protected] for recharging my prepaid cell no [protected], but BSNL did not do the job . It appears the amount did not reach BSNL . At the same time the amount . was not back to my a/c as on 28=[protected] hrs. Now kindly credit my amount to SB a/c back.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  1.My simple question when the minimum balance require to maintain Rs.100/-without cheque facilities how it can become zero when my balance was Rs.280.34.

                                  2.They reply : As per letter dated 11.04.2014 vide no UBI/PRL/R.O/RTI/9705/2014.
                                  "As per norms if any account remains without transaction for one year, the account becomes dormant and after two years the account become in-operative account.When any account remains in in-operative status the incidental charges of Rs.30/-is deducted per year and when the balance falls below Rs.100 then another charges is deducted for short fall of minimum balance and if the same status continues ultimately the balance becomes zero".

                                  3.My plea is if you deducted Rs.30/-every year for 3 years @30/-its becomes 90/-the balance of Rs.190.34 should be transfer to unclaimed deposit instead of zero also they allowed the interest as well as per Circular DBOD.No.Com.BC.109/C.408/A-77 dated October 1, 1977.

                                  4.My plea and It is presumed that the bank has fraudly mis appropriated the fund which was lying in my savings account.

                                  5.last but not least, in my view It is presumed that RBI is not protecting the small savings account holder and they agree to the reply given by UBI, this is the justice which i suffer from last 2 years and BoKolkata has not taken any action than I reached to you for getting help in this regard .


                                  Pursuant to my earlier mail dated April 30, 2015 against your reply through email dated May 07, 2015, I am shocked & surprised to note that no positive response has been received from your end just a attached copy of the past of your last reply ???.

                                  May I take the opportunity to request you once again to intimate me under which provision of law you have made my balance Zero in savings account at that time account maintain at Rs.100/- balance only .

                                  It will not be out of place to mention that my Savings Account’s balance was Rs. 280.34 in the FY 1993-94 and CII was 244 while in the FY[protected] CII was 1024 and I have calculated the amount should be 1176.50 as per the CII which is forfeited by you without any intimation to me.

                                  The said amount is forfeited and I strongly feel that your bank has willfully not paying Rs.1176.50 for the delayed period.

                                  It is presumed that willfully and /or deliberately you have decided not to settle my account at your end in spite of repeated request.

                                  You being a reputed Government Organisation (Bank) may feel it is a petty matter for you but for me it is a very serious matter.

                                  It is assumed that I am not entitled for the amount which was lying in my savings account mentioned earlier and no proper explanation was provided by your goodself. A reputed bank is unable to give satisfactory reply as to why I am not entitle to get my deposited money with your bank.

                                  Well, a considerably long period has lapsed on a small issue, feel that you are reluctant to release the said amount deposited with you.

                                  I strongly feel that the matter has been delayed for a considerably long period from your end causing mental agony, loss and damages to me for no fault from my end.

                                  In the above circumstance, you are once again requested to comply with the requisitions contained herein above and intimate within 7 days in order to settle the simple issue which has been made complicated from your end for more than a year.


                                  I do hope that you being a statutory authority you will act in accordance with the principles of natural justice and fair play and will comply with the aforesaid requisitions.

                                  Anyway, lastly I shall once again request you to release my deposits with in seven days kept in my savings account as mention earlier.

                                    I have made a transaction around 8pm on 9th aug. 2015 from acc no.[protected] to add cash on my paytm wallet. As it was in processing state and was taking long time so i cancel the transaction. I have contacted both(paytm and bank) but yet no response. They said we don't have money for this transaction. Kindly help me out.

                                      United Bank Of India Morigaon Branch, Assam after the death of Md.Idrish Ali, a state pension holder Dept.of Education (Date of Death 07/02/2015) failed to provide Family Pension to his wife Mrs.Saleha Khatun(A/C no=[protected]till date of about seve n(7) months.The necessary documents needed for were all submitted to the Branch.Now life becomes horrible without the pension.So, urge for necessary action against The Bank Officials concerned.
