We are senior citizens and have our ownership premises in Panjim, Goa which was leased to United Bank of India on lease which expired on 31/12/2013. However the Bank has nor vacated the premises and we are forced to file civil case for eviction. The premises are in prime locality and the bank was paying very less rent.
