THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED AND I GET A SMS THAT YOUR YOUR IMPS FUND TRANSFER ON[protected] IS TIMED OUT. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR BANK(IMPS REF NO.[protected] THAT AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED IN SBI A/C( BENIFICARY A/C) AND NOT CREDITED IN MY UBI A/C. PLS. HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

    Sir, I am Naznin Aktar Barbhuiya, a customer o[censored]BI, Sonai branch, Cachar (A/C NO.[protected]. When i tried to withdraw amount of Rs. 8000/- at SBI ATM counter of Aynakhal Timukha on[protected] at 12:23 pm using my UBI ATM card the atm machine suddenly got off and i did not got any rupees although the said amount has deducted from my account. Sir please resolve the matter and refund my money as early as possible. Thanks

      Letter send by bank branch for address verification after opening a SB a/c to Shyamnagar Branch on Dec 2013. Unfotunately at that time we were not there, so post man refund the letter with the reason 'not found'. After that I personally meet with bank manager for opening the a/c and allow me a printed pass book with the witness of my introducer, who is my close door neighbour. But bank is reject my request. Therefore I request you to please give me a printer pass book, which is urgent for DBTL. I don't know whether I am able to make you understand or not.           Sir, I would like to seek your help regarding a problem that I am facing. I am operating a savings account in Union Bank and have a debit card. Recently my debit card has been deactivated. I am now unable to carry out any electronic transaction with the debit card. I reported the problem to customer care numbers[protected]/[protected]no response as they do not even pick up the phones), [protected] and[protected]no response as they always convey a no- connection tone.) Please help me at the earliest. Since, i have to make urjent online payment, i am facing a lot of problems please, help me as fast as posible i have to make payment before 18/09/2014 during online payment i get this mesage "This card is deactivated for USecure. Please contact Union Bank of India Customer Service for activating this card again."               This is the worst customer service I've ever contacted. I tried the so called toll free numbers namely: [protected] &[protected]; Unfortunately none of them worked & my calls were rejected. I also tried to contact the Kolkata office number [protected] Some wise guy picked up & hung the phone without having the courtesy to follow basic customer care procedure. My simple query is why are you wasting public funds in maintaining such crappy customer service. No doubt the paying public is pissed off such unworthy staff.

                  There is a loan against my property by Vinod Kumar Sharma proprietor Radhe Radhe Travels. the is a loan of 500000 Rs and he is not paying the loan for which i am getting in trouble. In 2009 he went to high court and the decision by the judge was that he would be paying the loan and he too promised to pay the loan but he is not keeping his promise. Since, 2009 i have written too many letters to United Bank Of India, Naini Branch, Allahabad to take the step against him and i gave the bank certified copy of property but the branch manager is saying that i have not given the registry papers of property of Vinod Kumar Sharma instead i showed him the proof that i have given the bank but he is still not believing they all are corrupted with each other.In 2010 I went to High Court and the judgment was made that there shall be no recovery made by me, who is the principal borrower the recovery shall be made by him, instead of this judgment the bank is not taking steps against him. He is such a fraud person that still he is taking loan from others bank and buying property.I am now of almost 70 years and my husband expired since one and a half year and his pension is 5500 Rs. So i hope you will pay heed to my request and take correct action against Vinod Sharma and the Bank Manager o[censored]nited Bank Of India, Naini Branch. he must get the punishment of his wrong doing and troubling me since many years.

                    I tried form filling in sail web site.When resistration is compleat, then i paid resistration fee using my visa card. At first i add my atm no. Then came verified by visa where filling option is - atm pin, validity, creat pin. I tried this option but show it is wrong. Where condition is- if i entire wrong details my account will be block.I tried in verified by visa 3 to 4 times. I entire all true details, but, -same is shown. I went withdral money in a atm when i check balence or withdrawl money option- "your account is not rechable please contact your branch". Plz help me.

                      I am a central govt employee drawing defense pension.I am having pension account with your bank a/c no.[protected] against PPO no.O/FYS/11478/95. I have recently transferred to Chandigarh and had given request for pension transfer at kerulia branch, rahara, west bengal on 12/08/2014 to be transferred to Sec 17 C branch o[censored]nited Bank of India, Chandigarh. Although my account has been transferred to sec 17 branch, chandigarh but yet to receive pension in the said account.On inquring the same in Sec 17 branch, chandigarh they were not aware of how to get pension in the said account. I had submiited my original passbook, cheque book and original pension pay order along with pension transfer request to the original branch(kerulia branch, rahara, west bengal)on 12/08/14, submitted to the branch manager. As per them they had forwarded the same to sec 17, branch chandigarh for drawing pension. I have visited 3 times your sector 17 branch, chandigarh but no one is helping me out.Today i visited again sec 17, chandigarh branch and met Mr.Bhalla who on checking the courier details found out that original docs of my pension has been received by the branch 15 days back and no one knows what to do with it.The original papers of my pension was filed as it is in one of the registers.                               My father, Sri Sikhi Bhushan Bhowmick, aged 88+ years as on date and residing at Arpan Apartments, Flat No. A/1, 1 s t floor, B-124(P-60), Diamond Park, Kolkata - 700104, is a Pensioner of Govt of West Bengal since 1 s t January, 1984. He opened his Pension A/C No.[protected] under Customer ID No. 07820941 with United Bank Of India, South Suburbs (Behala) branch, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata – 700034 and has been drawing his Pension for last 30+ yrs. All of a sudden and without any written communication, UBI has recently blocked my Father’s Pension Banking A/C. Upon query with the said Branch, I was informed that “KYC” documents need to be submitted by my father to make his Pension A/C operational. It is pertinent to mention that like every year, my Father submitted the “Live certificate” to the said Bank in November, 2013 and hence, it is ridiculous and illogical to conclude that UBI does not possess the required “KYC” identification of their client, namely my Father, within a span of One year. Upon my query, the Bank officials failed to explain, why “KYC” documentation should have over-riding priorities for a Pensioner, from whom “Live Certificate” is collected every year !! We think that the above act o[censored]BI is absolutely insensible, whimsical, without any application of mind and tantamount to direct harassment to a VERY SENIOR CITIZEN of 88 yrs age, who is banking with the aforementioned Branch o[censored]BI for last 30 years. It will not be out of place to mention that because of above type of lackadaisical and irresponsible attitude of certain section of Bank officials, the Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi himself had to communicate directly through email to all Bank Officers of the Country, to ensure that opening of Bank Accounts are facilitated to every Household of the Country.

                                  Sir, I have transaction 1500Rs around 6 o'clock am SBI ATM of MACHHUA TOLI PATNA -4, ATM ID-GFBU[protected].My account is united bank of india a/c no[protected] .But at a suddenly power cut of atm and i have not found cash and any recipt of transsaction but money is cut my account.I have waited to come power supply of atm and done a another transaction 1500Rs done same atm at 7:01 am this transaction is succefully done .But first transaction money not found .my bank say transaction i s done but i have not found money and the only proof is ATM CCTV CAMERA, so i want to know both bank SBI and UNITED BANK OF INDIA 1.

I opened an account a/c in 1983(approx.) in United Bank of India, 84 KC Sen Road, MORE PUKUR, RISHRA(HOOGLY).A/c Holders Name:- Mahesh Chandra Chaturvedi(Self) and Mrs. Arthi chaturvedi(wife). 2).Shifted family from Rishra to Bhopal 3). Unfortunately my wife Arthi Chaturvedi Expired Due to long illness(Cancer) 4). On 03/01/2013 I submitted application for closing of S/B A/C with all relevant documents(Original Bank Passbook, Chequebook, Death Certificate of Wife, Photo, I.D proof etc.) I have send 4 reminders till now, but no response from Rishra branch

                                      Madam/Sir, I inform with due respect that I'm a SB account holder under UBI Dharmanagar branch.Few days ago on dated 4th July 2014 my elder brother send money from USA through MONEY GRAM system for my treatment in Apollo Channai.You know very much that only 2 bank in our dharmanagar are deal on money gram, UBI and IDBI.So 1st time I go IDBI bank for liquid money than they told me that You have no account in my bank so we give you a payment through cheque, then I say I have a account in the UBI branch than they say plz contact UBI branch for your smooth and early transaction where as you have a account in this branch.So I meet with Branch manager o[censored]BI Dharmanagar branch and say about this money gram than he say me it's not possible today than I say about my treatment and kindly request 3 to 4 times than he angry on me and say me what your brother ask me before send money through money gram that you request me for money it's not possible means not possible today than I ask why than he say again not possible means not possible today.I fell Shem and harass for it bcoz many people are present there and he (Branch Managar)too much angry on me.Than I come back IDBI branch and collect cheque and deposit to SBI Dharmanagar branch.I call your toll free no [protected] for complain than some one give me a another number for complain this no is[protected]/929, I call many times from 4th july but unfortunately till today nobody can receive my call, that's why lastly I submit written complain and I hope that you must take a needful step to better service for people by Branch manager o[censored]BI Dharmanagar.Thanks

                                        Dear Sir, I am a customer o[censored]nited Bank of India, Branch – Deganga, IFSC Code No.- DEG903. My SB Account No. is[protected]. My UBI - ATM Card No. is [protected]. My UBI - ATM Card is not working from about 1 month before till now because I used wrong pass words (Dated – 22/06/2014). When I put my PIN no. to ATM then I got a receipt where wrote “SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS” & “RESPONSE CODE 068 UNABLE TO PROCESS” & “SMART WAY TO BANK”. For this reason I went my UBI Deganga Branch then twice. And I did application for solve this problem. An assistant o[censored]BI told me call to [protected] for hot list. I did so that. But my UBI - ATM card is not running till now. For this reason I went to the Bank Manager today, but he did not help me and did rough behaviour.
