    I had made a ATM transaction using UBI debit card in Axis bank ATM for Rs. 4000/- on 28th June, 2014 which was unsuccesful.I have all the ATM slips showing unsuccessful transaction.But money has been deducted from my account.I had raised one complaint on 30th June, 2014 at our local branch regarding the same.The complaint number is CRM[protected].No action has been taken so far.Its almost one month that I have not got any info about the amount. Please let me know the satus of the above complaint as soon as possible. Thanks C.R.Dey

According to Govt. declaration o[censored]nion Budget 2014 those candidate Who has taken EDUCATIONAL LOAN before Mar, 2009 government will pay the interest outstanding as on 31.12.2103 for the education loans taken up to 31.03.2009 and the borrower has to pay interest from 01.01.2014. I have also submitted the income certificate in Mar, 2014 and report in the Bank. But till date I am not avail any interest subsidy also the branch manager not giving any right information to me. My father is a farmer, Also I am not getting any kinds of job After MBA .In stead of giving any right information the Bank Manager behaves me many type of slang languages. So I am morally discourage. Please sir give me the right information and take the necessary action for which I will be obliged.

My husbend let Durjjoti Sekhar Dutta who died on 23rd November 2013 and have operated in your bank vide a/c no.[protected] since 1991 as a DVC pensioner . While he died his residual balance is approx Rs.34000 (Rs. Thirty-four Thousand Only.) . I have received family pension from DVC . After that I have been suffering from manager ill treatment rough behaviour, harrashment, and negligence transaction for last three months for your kind information I am senior citizen 81 years old.                 Sir,
                Today I have withdrawn Rs. 5, 000/- from the ATM o[censored]nited Bank of India at Thakurmunda. I found two notes of Rs.500/- fully colored with Holi- Red colour and another note of Rs.500/- is in doubt for fake note. I have kept all these three notes.
                Before me another person found a destroyed note of Rs. 500/-.

                It is regular in this ATM. I found no display in this ATM for any grivence.I know it because I am staying in the same building.

Pensioners of: Ref. :1) PPO No.C/ENG./2224/85, 2) Date of Birth : 09.11.1925 3) Date of attaining 90 years: 09.11.2010 4) Date of retirement : 01.12.1985 5) UBI, Bhatpara, SB, A/c No.[protected] Sir, With due respect and humble submission I give below the following facts for your kind intervention to pay my legitimate claims at the earliest so that senior citizen pensioners are not harassed and treated as beggars at UBI, Bhatpara: i) that I am now 88 years of age and my two legs are paralyzed due to my old age, as such, I have written one application claiming additional quantum of 30 % of Basic Pension in the prescribed Format and given to my son to submit it to the BM, Bhatpara On 07.09.2013, The BM, Bhatpara received one hard copy, and refused to sign on receipt copy on the Xerox copy, he replied “ I will not give you any receipt, you keep faith on me, your father will get his dues in the next month:”. 2) that, seeing no increase in pension for the month of September’13, I was astonished and directed my son to enquire why it was not paid. On 01.010.13 my son visited and enquired from the BM, Bhatpara the reasons of non Receipt of additional quantum of pension, the BM, shouted and behaved very ruddy as if my son is a beggar and asking money from his pocket. 3) while he was coming back the BM, has given one Form of life certificate and told to submit this life certificate along with one medical certificate which are essential for receiving additional quantum of pension. 4) in UBI, Bhatpara it is seen from the past history that whenever there is any change of BM, he tries to implement his own Rule violating Reserve Bank’s direction. Pl. let me know under which authority BM, Bhatpara asked to submit Life Certificate before Nov.’13 while I am drawing my regular Pension on production it on Nov’12 5) please clarify why additional life certificate & Doctor’s certificate is required as per whims of the BM, Bhatpara? why senior citizen pensioners will be harassed due to the vindictive attitude & negative motivation on the BM, Bhatpara?                               I am having a Education loan with this bank(IFSC CODE:-- UTBI0DHB403).Since after my studies,Every month i am paying atleast 7000 rs.Please do check the records for confirmation.The current manager of this Branch is not well manered and use abusive languages like (Chor/thief) to the customers.The manager used slang to my father just because he asked for the statement. Since more than 4 years i am having good relationship with this bank.The previous managers were awsome in service as well in behaviour. Please take necessary steps against the current manager.Its getting very difficult to deal with this manager.If needed please contact me in the above mentioned numbers.

                                Sir,with most regard to the subject above I sri Hiron kumar pegu a student of jorhat Engineering college want to make a coplaint.I am not getting my Educational loan in the time.I went to the bank trying to approach the Bank manager but i didn't find him except for two days.One day went i found him he said he would do that but i do not found my loan for seven semester session.Sir he treated me very badly .He is not friendly with the customer.

                                  My mother was dead on 31.03.2012 my father having the death certificate, legal hear certificate, voter ID, court affectivity and my mother’s senior officer also certified (having A/c).
                                  My father was continually going to UBI, Manijanga Branch (17 times) but the Manager was refuse to pay the money and not even transfer it to my father’s account.
                                  Every time manager returns back my father by giving a reason, he is humiliating my father, it’s so painful.

                                  Draft — fraud by hDFC BRANCH MANAGER

                                  Dear Sir
                                  My self Parmeet singh & i am a representative of a Canadian Company. We had asked our client Mr Sanjeev Kumar to prepare a draft of 1400$.He got the Draft from his account in favour of Canadian High Commission but the High Commission Returned the Draft saying that issuing Branch Name is requried & the client filed complaint with the consumer court asking that it is the fault of Bank asking they did not stamped the draft .Hdfc bank Branch Manager Ashu told the court that they issue Drafts
                                  Without any stamps & as a proof he submitted the Draft made by Sanjay Maheshwari to the High Commission which was not stamped.After an year some one from the Bank told me that he h had stamped the Draft after getting it photocopied without stamp & afterwards he himself stamped the draft as the client had warned him that he is going to Court .as by chance the client Mr Sanjeev had returned the Draft in those days.I want to request that the Bank should check their records & they will find that the draft is stamped & Mr Ashu being a resposible officer of HDFC Bank lied in the Honrable
                                  Court I THINK HDFC bank should look in to the matter & take strict action against those officers who in order to save themselfs

                                  Draft — not issuing duplicate draft

                                  dear sir,
                                  i want to say that i have received a minority scholarship from minority office barabanki with a DD
                                  no(683967) of amount 20,000 dated 20.02.2010 which was in favour of branch manager state bank of patiala branch chaheru. The above draft was payable at (vishnagar) code no (498) .The draft was issued from state bank of indiia main branch.The draft has deposited in SBI patiala chaheru and it has been sent by this branch to the payable branch vishnagar ,After sometime payable branch vishnagar sent a message to branch manager SBI patiala chaheru that payable branch (vishnagar) did not receive the instrument.I informed to the minority office barabanki for this matter ,minority officer barabanki gave a application to the SBI main branch barabanki to issue duplicate draft with also one reminder until today bank did not issue a duplicate draft as the regarding officer verbally says that payable branch vishnagar is not answering the letter given by branch barabanki.

                                  United Bank of India — NON ISSUE OF DUPLICATE DRAFTS

                                  WE WERE ISSUED DRAFTS IN 2007 FROM UNITED BANK OF INDIA, GODURCHATTI BRANCH BURDWAN, WEST BENGAL IN OUR FAVOR i.e. D.D.PHARMACEUTICALS PVT. LTD., PAYABLE AT JAIPUR TOTALLING APPROX. ONE LAKH RUPEES. SAME WAS LOST IN TRANSIT AND SINCE THEN WE AS WELL AS THE PURCHASER OF DRAFT HAVE BEEN PURSUING THE MATTER WITH UNITED BANK OF INDIA. COPY OF THEIR LETTER IS ALSO ATTACHED BUT NO CONCRETE ACTION ACTION TAKEN TILL DATE AND WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED DUPLICATE DRAFTS.THE ISSUING BRANCH IS TELLING THAT THEY SHALL THEY SHALL ISSUE DUPLICATE DRAFT ONLY AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION FROM JAIPUR BRANCH THAT THE DRAFTS HAVE NOT BEEN ENCASHED.THEY HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL LETTERS TO JAIPUR BRANCH OVER PERIOD OF YEARS BUT JAIPUR BRANCH IS NOT RESPONDING LATEST LETTER WRITTEN TO THEM IN JAN'12 IS ATTACHED HEREWITH.                                       On 23/02/2013 I went to the SBI ATM (ATM ID S10B[protected] at about 08:40 p.m. to draw an amount of Rs.2000/- . I entered the amount and when the time of transaction came what displayed on the screen was ``Transaction Timed Out". I did not get any money. But, twenty minutes later, when the link came, I checked my balance again and saw that the said amount(Rs.2000/-) was debited.
