    I am Laxmi Bhowmik,I have savings account (A/C no[protected] with United Bank of India,Madhupur Dham Branch,Cooch Behar.I have used United Bank of India Cooch Behar brach ATM centre ATM Id :AKL 1058U (ATM card no-[protected]) on 09.12.2011 for withdrawal amount Rs 7000.00.I have not received any money from ATM.ATM shows request timed out but my account is showing that rs 7000.00 has been debited from this transaction.I belong to very poor family it is pension amount please take immediate step do the needful.

    I am Mrs. Labanya Bordolai a pensioner from Tarajan Kakoty Gaon, Jorhat, Assam. I have have an savings account at Tarajan branch in Jorhat, Assam. Yesterday when I tried to withdraw my last month's pension the ATM machine shows that my ATM card has been blocked due to improper pin code, but I surely saying the pin I inserted not wrong, even I checked at my mobile also. After that I went to my branch, the ATM manager asked for a receipt. Here I write exactly what the receipt said,

      sir/madam,
      i here by declare that I Vivek Verma residing in allahabad , allahpur near neta chauraha , i have got the admission in Harbin Medical University in english medium for MBBS course 6 years programme , I have applied for the bank loan in UNITED BANK OF INDIA , Raibarely branch , BANK OF BARODA and other more banks but they all refused to give me the education loan and they said that we dont have the list for Chinese medical colleges so we cant give you the loan and also they said that the chinese medical degree is not recognized , and also they said that they dont know what is MCI and who is MCI and they also said there is no meaning of the MCI list ......
      sir/madam , Medical Council Of India is a government body and MCI has issued a list of the colleges/universities who can enroll the indian students to study MBBS course in abroad and also mentioned that the students who will get admission to those universities only they will be eligible to sit in the screening test and only their degree will be recognized , by which we'll be registered in india to work as a doctor either private practice or as a government medical officer .....and this also mentioned in the news paper THE HINDU published on[protected].
      by these words they are stopping us to apply for the education loan and they are demoralizing the students who wants to study abroad but according to the news paper 'JAGRAN' that education loan can be given to those institutes who are recognized by any government body......this was published on[protected]...like this we students dont get support from anywhere and we dont have any other options left infront o[censored]s and our life is spoiled by the government only .......because government only makes the rules and government peoples are breaking the rules. no support for students.........as you all know that every year thousands of students are going abroad to study like in RUSSIA , CHINA , GERMANY , PHILLIPINES etc......
      if you can help us to get the education loan then like me many more students who are suffering with this pain will get relief and we can secure our future and carreer.

      i m ZULFIKAR ALI (b.tech 2nd year from lucknow) i want to take a education loan. but my branch manager is not accept my application, and tell me in angry that i will not give the loan. and my manager(T.K.BANARJI) is also said you get out now... i go 3times in our nearest SBI but my manager behaviour is very poor for all person in handia... sir i request u that pls action immediatly in our manager...

      I, shri Bolin Saikia,a student of Central IT College,has selected for the MBA course in New Delhi Institute Of Management.For that I went to the United Bank Of India(Bihpuria Branch,Dist.North lakhimpur,P.O.Bihpuria)for the educational loan purpose.But,the manager replied that the loans are closed and he behaved very rudely with me.I came to know that most of the clients of that that particular branch are really unhappy with his misbehaves.I have a very few days to join the institute and without the loan it is impossible for me for further studies.

            IT IS REALLY ASTONISHING THAT THE DEFRAUDER MR.PRAFULLA KUMAR NAYAK HAS VAST AND EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND OF BANK DELINQUENCY AS HE CHEATED SEVERAL OTHER BANKS AND PUBLIC/ PRIVATE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. TO SPECIFY A FEW, HE AVAILED GRAMODAYA IN THE NAME OF HIS WIFE WHO DID NOT EVEN COMPLETE PRIMARY EDUCATION. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT HE MIGHT HAVE SUBMITTED FORGED 8TH CLASS PASS CERTIFICATE AND AVAILED LOAN UNDER PMRY SOMEWHERE NEAR 15 YEARS AGO. BUT TILL TO DATE, THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIES OR THE BANK DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT HIS WHEREABOUTS THOUGH THEY ARE MOVING IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES.

            HE HIMSELF IS A DEFAULTER TO THE STATE BANK, CITIFINANCIAL, ICICI AND SEVERAL OTHER PRIVATE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND WHATEVER DOCUMENTS HE SUBMIT IN RESPECT OF HIS INCOME AND EXPENDITURE ARE FORGED AND FRADULANT.

            HE OBTAINED Rs.5 LAKHS IN THE NAME OF HIS DAUGHTER MISS. SANGEETA NAYAK AND NOW IT IS SWALLOWED.

            HE OBTAINED EDUCATIONAL LOAN IN THE NAME OF HIS SON FROM BANK OF BARODA, BAPUJI NAGAR BRANCH AND GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO HIM.

            AT LEAST THE BANKS SHOULD DILIGENTLY CARRY THE BACKGROUND CHECKS WHILE ENTERTAINING THIS SORT OF CHEATS IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC

                  In the Web site o[censored]BI, it is mentioned that, in case of Joint Accounts, persons having nor relaltion with each other, have to submit Identity Proof and Address Proof for KYC as per RBI rulings. My parents have joint Account in UBI and my father has provided both the documents. Since my mother is a house wife she doesn't have any such individual documents except bank pass book and Post Office pass book. When I went to Tarapur UBI, Mr .Mazumder (the documents collection authority) has told me that I have to bring some proof for my mother. He verified the other documents but didn't write the word verified in one document. Next day when I went to him with a document, firstly he said that, he doesn't have time. I told him that he had verified other document. He checked the documents and found the word verified is missing in one document. He told me to come later with all the original documents. If this is the case, how can we believe a bank official? After providing all the documents, if the documents are lost they can simply say that we have not provided any documents. Is it possible to go to bank daily and see when he is not busy? Is it our oblligation only to provide documents and they can take when they manage time? My father is a pension holder, he is giving life certificate every year. Why does he need identity proof? As written on the website o[censored]BI, doesn't mean that, in case of wife having joint account with husband, doesn't require proof? I had mailed to to higest authority of Cachar also but haven't got any response from his part.

                    sir,
                    i have taken a education loan from UBI,makhla branch,of amount less than 2lacs.the bank manager have charges an intrest of 10.25% on this loan.but according to indian goverment from 2009-10, the amount of interest is 0% for the students whose family income is less than 4lacs per year.so i want to take this benifit bcoz my family income is lesser than 2 lacs.
                    but branch manager is saying that there is no such rule for their bank.so please help me what i do next.

                      I have deposited a Cheque on[protected] to the united bank of india,lanka branch for credit the same to my SB a/c but it is regret to note that So far the amount was not credited to my account. I have also informed the bank about it in written , but their answers are not upto my satisfaction.
                      Every time I visit the branch they ask me for various documents, which I have already
                      provided them for more than ten times but they always delay with various excuses.

                      Dear Sir,

                      My S.B. A/c No.[protected] o[censored]nited Bank of India, Buroshibtala Branch, Behala, Kolkata in the name of Prabir Kumar Guha. I am very sorry to inform you that, I have deposited a cheque for Rs.26, 323/- on 03/01/2012 which was also issued from C/A No.[protected] o[censored]nited Bank of India, Siliguri Branch but till date which is not cleared & not credited in my account. On enquiry, I have come to know that Branch has sent the cheque for clearing which not only harassing the customer but also the branch is not helping the customer by using the facility of net banking system. I am also availing 3/4 S.B. A/c other than united Bank of India but I did not face this type of situation till date after the Net Banking System is Introduced.
                      Hope the matter will be taken by you seriously, so that the customer will not be harssed iIntentionally.

                        (for security measures I am restricted to mention the ATM No.)

                        My ATM card has been retained by the Bank (during 1st week of March 2011) owing to the security measures for exceeding PIN retry.

                        Meanwhile, I have tried several times with the bank authorities to restart my ATM service. However all my efforts are gone futile and even after 8 weeks of card retention, I am still being deprived of the services.

                        My application is still with the branch pending for resolution and there is no response from the Bank officials.

                        Does it really take so much time to resolve a issue of such order.

                        I request the Bank to reset my ATM services at earliest in view of the Banks reputation and obligation towards better Customer Services.

                          Requesting Sir, I'm Sukharanjan Guha.I have a pention bank account with UBI, nimta branch,kolkata-49,west bengal,but on 4th apr,2011 at 20:45, itried to withdrawl rs.10000/- from ATM OF SBI of TLA house AGARTALA(atm id s10a[protected] against pantion bank a/c no[protected] and ATM CARD NO-[protected]. But though the transaction was declined by S.B.I. TLA HOUSE AGARALA, my a/c with U.B.I. nimta branch,kolkata-49,has been debited without cash being dispensed. Kindly look into the matter and help me to reimbursed the amount into my account immidiately. MB NO-[protected]

                            My name is md.najibur rahman in united bank of india.My A/c No.[protected],Card holder Name-Md.najibur rahman,Branch in darbhanga(Bihar).I went to atm counter of sbi Bank(chandni chowk,new delhi) in date-31/03/2011 , Time-18:45, Atm Id.-s10A[protected], withdraw cash for Rs.7000/- aftar entering all require information. but payment was not made due to error and receipt message unable to process, Response Code-072.similarlly again this message. Then will go to other bank Atm and check balance then my balance is reduce Rs.7000/- I complained in my branch and sbi bank near atm but my complain is very slowly worked not satisfied response
                            So, I am request you please take a action

                            Write a letter to bank manager about the same and also provide him the xerox of all the atm slips. And ask him to check with the SBI Branch at chandni chowk, new delhi for the entire transaction and stock maanagment system of the ATM machine. Else logde a complain against your bank in consumer forum.

                            How can i complain in RBI againt him, Please tell me process i dont know about it how to complain.

                                My saving a/c with UBI, Kanke,Ranchi. Bank always said that "today is link fail & I have no. enough employ to do passbook entry" this practice is is more common/ rutin answer in this branch. The work done in bank only on personal basis.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  With due respect and humble submission I above named individual request the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action Please.

                                  Sir I am a account holder of the branch, at Siliguri, Military Station Sevoke Road, My A/c No.[protected] and my Sons A/c No.[protected].

                                  I was posted out from that station to Jabalpur, consequently I had given an application before leaving the station to the bank manager for transfer the account. And have a receipt for the application. The bank manager advised to put up the application to the Jabalpur’s nearest branch hence I had applied for In the branch o[censored]BI, Sader Bazar, Kingsway Road. But even if the lapse of almost one and half year the account was not transferred, I had sent three to four letters apart from personnel liaison by the staff at Siliguri station for transfer of account to Jabalpur branch.

                                  Now almost two weeks ago when I enquired at Sader bazaar branch I come to know that both the accounts are transferred but having nil balance. When I enquired about the debits, they give me the reason that non maintaining minimum balance. Now the question is in spite of repeated requests why the bank manager had not transfer the account in stipulated time frame. If the account was transferred in time then I could fund it sufficiently to prevent from such debits.

                                  In any way, this is fault of branch manager of either bank, but sufferer is I, then why the severe action should be taken against such irresponsive bank Managers?

                                  I request to rectify the problem and resolve with minimum correspondence

                                    sir, I would like to draw your kind attention towards my problem!
                                    sir, I have opened a account at th above mention UBI bank on last 24 Nov.
                                    But I dont have recieved my Passbook and ATM yet.
                                    I have many visit for it but unfortunately i have to return with empty handed!
                                    The bank workers are not doing their duty faithfully, and the manager is not taking interest in custemer problem!
                                    The bank dont have many important forms related with opening of account and th custemer have to take it from outside market!
                                    sir plz note down my comlain and make them working properly!

                                      I Anjali Chandra, a saving bank account holder o[censored]nited Bank Morabadi Branch ( A/c no. SB[protected] approached SBI ATM at Harihar Singh Road, Ranchi for withdrawing Rs. 10000 on 04.11.2010 but the message appeared on the ATM screen "unable to process" and no cash was withdrawn. However, subsequently I came to know that Rs. 10000 debited from my SB account wrongly on 04.11.2010 though I have not withdrawn the money. Till date I have not been refunded/credited back the money despite infoming the branch in writing as well as telephonically. Kindly arrange to credit Rs. 10000 to my SB account at the earliest which was wrongly debited from account..
