I brought a product from Amazon India then I returned it to the company and I applied for refund. On 9th november they picked up my parcel and initiated my refund amount but, 24 november 2020....

My ubi account number[protected], apcar garden branch(asansol, west bengal).On 23.11.20 (12:18:51 hours)I have made a ATM transaction on Bandhan bank atm(senraleigh road, apar garden more) for Rs 3000/.The transaction failed and I got a msg deducted the amount from my account. amount still not credited to my account.Please take necessary action to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I got an SMS today i.e 20.11.2020 at 1.02 P.M that Rs.118 has been deducted from my account as CPH/MMS Chgs/ UTBI[protected]. I have got another SMS today at 03.53 PM that Rs.118 has been deducted again as CPH/MMS Chgs/ UTBI[protected]. So total Rs.236/- has been debited from acoount without any reason.
