My ubi account number[protected], apcar garden branch(asansol, west bengal).On 23.11.20 (12:18:51 hours)I have made a ATM transaction on Bandhan bank atm(senraleigh road, apar garden more) for Rs 3000/.The transaction failed and I got a msg deducted the amount from my account. amount still not credited to my account.Please take necessary action to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I got an SMS today i.e 20.11.2020 at 1.02 P.M that Rs.118 has been deducted from my account as CPH/MMS Chgs/ UTBI[protected]. I have got another SMS today at 03.53 PM that Rs.118 has been deducted again as CPH/MMS Chgs/ UTBI[protected]. So total Rs.236/- has been debited from acoount without any reason.
My account no.[protected].
Kindly look into this.

My name is Navyarani and I had ordered miss Vega perfect styling straightener and hair dryer of RS 1249 in Amazon on 30 Oct and after 31 Oct I returned this order due to personal reason. And on November 2nd
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
HSBCN[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

I hold Savings A/c number[protected] with Punjab National Bank (formerly held with UBI prior to amalgamation). I tried to withdraw INR 10, 000 at the Kalkaji ATM of Punjab National Bank on November 7, 2020 at 16:33 hours. The transaction failed (due to “time out” error) and the ATM did not dispense any cash.

Shortly thereafter, I received a SMS message stating that INR 10, 000 had been debited from my account at the Kalkaji ATM. I complained to the customer service department (Complaint Number REF[protected]) and was assured that the funds would be credited to my account within 4 working days. More than 4 working days have elapsed since my complaint however the incorrect debit has not been reversed yet.

The amount debited represents more than half of my monthly salary and I am extremely anguished due to this incorrect debit.

This is to inform you that United Bank of India, Balurghat branch denied to accept Life certificate of my father Sri Swapan Kumar Biswas (pensioner) holding account number[protected] today (13.11.2020) at 1:20 PM (IST). The form/life certificate was duly signed and attested by Gazetted officer (Group A) as per laid down rules. In spite of repeated request, one Mr. Manish Singh (as identified by himself) denied to accept the same with a statement " A banker can only provide life certificate". This is in complete violation of order no DT/O/10/C-15/833 dated 04/11/2020 by JD of T&A, Govt. Of West Bengal.
Hope you would do the needful at the earliest.
