Sir,
During transaction of Rs one lakh from my SB Ac o[censored]nited Bank of India to Kotak savings fund thro net banking dt 11.10.2020, on first occasion after entering OTP data, the system hanged for sometime and subsequently, prompted a message 'Session timed out please log in again'. Then, I initiated the second transaction which was successful. However, the statement of my account shows that transaction of Rs 1, 00, 000 /- had been debited twice on 12.10.2020 whereas the beneficiary account (Kotak savings fund ) was credited only once.
I, hereby, attach the statement of my debited account and my account with beneficiary (Kotak mutual fund) for your perusal.
Please take n.a. to resolve the same at the earliest & oblige.
