I have shown the refund reference number today 06.11.2020 given by Amazon Customer care to my bank but bank people take very lightly .I am really not happy both bank and Amazon of their service.

On 30/04/2020 I had a bill payment through g.pay . My transaction was failed but the money (470.82) was debited to my account.Now g.pay saying they refund my money but it not showing my account.thay saying that contact to customer care o[censored]bi bank and share this UPI RRN number[protected].
Please look into this matter . Please help me....

Transaction failed but did not refund yet...

On 22 October 2020 I cancelled a prepaid order on Amazon and in the next day means on 23rd October they released my refund amount of RS -2036 but its been 12 days I don't get my refund amount in my bank account.

Amazon says that they released the payment on 23rd October 2020 and the payment is successful. The Refund amount may stuck in UPI or at Bank. They asked me to contact my bank.

On 19 October 2020, I tried to transfer Rs.500/- to Bharat Sevashram Sangha for Puja - the money was withdrawn from my account but Bharat Sevashram Sangha did not get the money and as such I did not get a receipt.

I have ordered a product(a brief history of modern india) on Amazon on 26.10.2020.I have canceled the product on 26.10.2020 but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

On 18.10.2020 I was trying to purchase one item from flipkart, cost of that item was Rs.319/- only.
