United Bank Of India [UBI] — deducted rs 3436.8 on 30.08.2017 at 17:28:35 from my account no[protected] and my mobile no is [protected]

I was trying to book a railway ticket from my debit card. But it has seen that rs 3436.8 has been deducted from my account though my ticket value was rs 206.8. But no ticket has been issued from irctc.
Therefore i am requesting to the authority to verify this and refund the same to my account.

I have an account on Barjora branch . My ac.no[protected] in 24/08/17tried to withdrow cash from sbi atm but I am not success to withdraw money . After that when I cheak blance I see that 9000 deduct from my account .
I request please do some step to get refund my blance as soon as possible. Your faithfully
