Respected sir/madam,

This is to bring into your notice that an amount of rs.50 has not been refunded to my account. The amount got deducted while transaction through google pay on 12.10.2019 which failed but the amount has been deducted. It has been more than 3 working days but no refund has been received. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and initiate the refund.

Updated by Subhamita Gupta No action has been taken yet.Kindly take the complaints of the customers seriously.
This site is mend to resolve problems.Not to keep silent without resolving anything.I have three complains pending but UBI has no interest in that and is least concerned about its customers.

In 3rd and 11th of the same month someof 210 rs has been deducted twice in the name of CPH charges. don't know why the bank is charging of this kind of fees without any information
