United Bank Of India [UBI] — Kyc update in account

I, the undersigned, existing customers of PNB, erstwhile United Bank of India, KGGC Branch -user Id U09154035, Account number[protected] like to inform and complain about the matter as below:
1) not received the “UPDATED”cheque book having printed IFSC of PNB
2) Earlier received cheque book of PNB carrying IFSC o[censored]BI, but with logo of PNB(attached)
3) With present cheque book, it is not possible to claim online for PENSION in EPFO portal (IFSC does not match), though it is urgent for me to apply online as I have attained 58 years already and claim status is only pending due to nonavailability of my updated cheque leaf.
4) As I have to reside at present in Durgapur for my service, it is not possible to attend concerned branch (KGGC, Nadia)and go to my native place, Kanchrapara, 24 Pgs (N) in present COVID-19 situation, specially being of medical fraternity with tremendous job pressure in present situation.
5) To get facility of internet banking tried to attempt “Retail Internet Banking” to generate debit card pin but the system is showing :KYC non-compliant account. Debit card has been kept suspended for transaction facility at present. On visiting nearest PNB ATM it is shown as "UNAUTHORIZED/INVALID" card and no activitiespermitted.
6) Earlier sent filled KYC for with necessary documents and photograph (Joint), but that is not acknowledged till date with any remedy of the problem
Earlier complaint lodged to Earlier the complain given through email to: [protected]@unitedbank.co.in, [protected]@unitedbank.co.in, [protected]@unitedbank.co.in, [protected]@unitedbank.co.in, [protected]@unitedbank.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in but without any satisfactory response to solve my problem.

I request your good office to arrange for either to acknowledge the KYC through online/e-mail or to accept it through any nearest branch at DURGAPUR Area and allow for NETBANKING Facility activating account and Debit Card.
I demand for updated cheque from PNB authority for my purpose at the earliest. As in present condition it is not possible to attend home branch for getting resolution of the problem the matter is being highlighted to you for your personal interference and initiative please to acknowledge the matter and help to get rid of the problem along with tremendous financial and psychological stress.Hope your good office will look after the matter sympathetically to help its bonafied customer.
