My name is devesh kumar singh. I ordered a product of skull crushers over the ear bluetooth headphones from amazon on 15th june 2018. I cancelled the prodeuct due to some reason. On 18th june amazon sent an email stating they had refunded the the balance of rs 9505 with the reference no. 74332748170816907881511. I called the customer care o[censored]nion bank of india they told me no such money has been credited to my account. I called amazon customer care they said they credited the amount and suggested me file a charge dispute complaint. The amount to be credited is rs9505. Account no. - [protected] Ifsc code - ubin05308241 Mobile no.-[protected] Sir, please help me get my refund back.
