I have tsd. Rs.1000/- using debit card to airtel payment bank. Amount debited but not credited to airtel payment bank.
The messages are as follows:
"Your UBI AC XX5170 is debited by Rs 1000.0 on[protected]:17:50.Clear AC Bal Rs 1597.0. Dial *99# to send, receive fund & balance enquiry"
"Hello! You have initiated to add Rs.1000.0 to your account [protected]. Please keep the txn id[protected] for future reference"
Kindly look into the matter and do needful at your earliest possible.
