United Bank Of India [UBI] — non receipt of subsidy on education loan

Education loan a/c no.[protected], name of student borrower: durgamadhab dash s/o: prasanta kumar dash. Loan availed with ubi, cuttack branch.
Loan sanction letter no. Cut/uel/2015 dtd, 04.06.2015. Rs.645000-

The above education loan availed for study of b tech at srm university, chennai for the full amount sanctioned rs, 645000-. The eligible subsidy has not been credited since opening of the loan account. The requirement agreement in the form of affidavit and income certificates are since submitted to cuttack branch since long. On contact to bm, he is informing that the subsidy has been claimed to canara bank and it will come soon.
We express our concern for the delay in credit of subsidy (Csis) to the above said education loan account. Proper step may be taken in this regard and suitable reply may be given.
