Farakka united bank of india branch manager against compellations. Because my original lic bond which was deposited against my car loan. But my car loan allready time to time installmently paid loan a/c no.[protected]. But branch manager my original lic bond certificate not return.

Ref:- lic policy no.[protected] o[censored]mesh halder,[protected] of pranab halder &[protected] o[censored]day halder.

Respected sir,

With the above subject mentioned above, i beg to state that i have taken car loan in favour of smt. Amiya halder from your branch amounting to rs. 7, 50, 000=00 (Rupees seven lakh fifty thousand) only against the above 3 (Three) nos. Policy bond which were deposited at your branch. The loan amount had been repaid installmently time to time. The certify copy of loan clear has been issued from your end (Copy enclosed). But i am sorry to inform you that the original policy bonds has not yet been received from your end to till date. I have request you to return the above bonds several time but no action has not been taken by you till to date. I could not understood what is the cause to return the said policy bonds. So, you are requested kindly to return the above original policy bonds at an early date. All the supporting documents against my car loan are enclosed (Xerox copies) with this application for your ready kind perusal.

Therefore, you are earnestly requested kindly arrange to return of the said policy bonds as early as possible so that i can relief from my anxity.
