United Bank Of India [UBI] — requesting for refund of rs 400/-

Dear sir,

I have holding a savings bank account (A/c no[protected] with your branch. On 14.5.2019, i used net banking facility for recharge my phone pe balance for rs 400/-, but anyhow the transaction has been failed and instantly replied sms for confirmation of refund balance (Transaction id : 1905141116350395591158). But till date i can't refund the amount.

Therefore, i request you kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
