I had gone to withdraw rs. 5, 000/- from atm of punjab national bank located at g-54, tc jaina tower-ii district center, janakpuri, new delhi-110058 on 01/06/2019 at 15:24:48 but unfortunately, i have not received rs. 5, 000/- from above atm but saving bank a/c no.[protected] is debited rs. 5, 000/- at the same. I paid 12899 on 16th may to amazon and same day i canceled the order.
Amazon initiated retrun same day with return ref no[protected].
Could you please check why it has not been credited to my account yet.

Dear sir,
I am a ubi bank castomer. My problem was i am gone to my nearest ubi atm to withdraw money Rs 2000 but i punched my atm card and no case received case in atm machine because machine show tranjuction was failed but my a/c through debit Rs 2000 so i request to cheak my a/c problem.
