United Bank Of India [UBI] — taking too long time to change minor account to major.

I have a minor account in your bank and the account number is[protected]. I had applied for the minor to major account and also to change my address and spelling of the name. The told me it would take one month but its been 3months over still i have not received anything. I have been facing problem for not using my own account with proper details.
Everytime i was informed by the staff that i will be getting one more month but i didn’t receive any thing.
It is really disappointing that your bank take so long to change some names and minor to major account. I have attached received copy of this issue. I request you to look into the matter immediately.
