United Bank Of India [UBI] — Transaction failed but money deducted from account

I Kabita Mondal ac o[censored]nited Bank Of India now PNB AC NO[protected] .On dated 26/12/2020 i want to withdraw rs-7000 in my account through ICICI bank csp(AEPS). But transaction fail RRN NO[protected] AT 11:31:45.But money deducted from my account and Rs-7000 not return in my account till now.Approx 27 days gone but no any action taken, So i request you again and again Please help me .Please look after my problem.
