United Bank Of India [UBI] — usy claim not settled by bajaj allianz but regularly premium amount debit from my account

Dear sir,
I am badal chandra manna, i am a cc party of kunarpur u b i (1301) branch. I am facing a problem for not satteled my insurance claimed amount but account has dabited amount of 17/- by bajaj allianz general insurance company from my saving account[protected] on[protected] under usy scheme.
On due course i met with a accident and i lost my left hand in this same year and claimed the insurance money from bajaj insurer.
Till date thay have not yet setteled the claim. But thay also ragularly dabited the amount from savings account
Kindly look into the matter to follow up and settle the cause at the earliest
