I purchased a perfume for her (Pink), worth inr 1900, it fades away in an hour.
I am totally unsatisfied with the quality of this particular product as in the amount paid is 2k, and i expect much better quality from ucb. Either this one is defected or all the perfumes available with ucb are the same.
Other perfumes in this price range are doing much better than this one.
To high disappointment, i would like to request you to return this product.
Treat this on priority

Product is not good, size of the shirt is large but after washing the shirt, the shirt size is double extra large. And after washing the shirt, showing the hole in the shirt. Why it is not good quality. The product price is too high but product quality is too much bad. I'm so sad to see this kind of problem with unted benetton colors brand. Please help.

I purchased a shoe o[censored]r brand on 27feb2019 that comes with 3month warranty. only within the 20 days o[censored]se the shoes pasting starting getting off i have attached the images as well.. It took me so. Long to. Mail u as i was not aware abt where to contact abt this i called myntra they told i have to contact u directly so i visited one o[censored]r store in delhi they told me to. Mail u.. Kindly look after this and make the replacement/refund of the product asap

In a show room in neelankarai chennai i have been charged with additional gst apart from mrp.. I love ucb brand for it colourful style but these things are pretty disappointing.. Initially they informed gst is applicable only when payment done through card. So travelles 2 km and withdrawn the cash from atm but while paying some other person came and gave shock that gst is applicable when payment done through also. Please do take action on this.. Never felt like visiting the ucb store again..in the same area other brands are not adding gst on mrp.

I had bought jeans on 11/1/2019 rs 2200 from V3S mall showroon, delhi, india -110092

within 2.5 months it got torn, clothe is so weak

it need to be replaced.

i went to showrooom they asked to lodge complaint online,
the online portal told by showrrom is wrong

I had made complaint regarding defective jeans. despite that i had not received any response.

On 8th december 2018, i made order for the product sneaker shoes, color 901, theme g47 of
United colors of benetton. The product got delivered on 11th december in my address and i
Made payment of rs.2217.13 as per the order (Order no:[protected]-6373903).
Unfortunately, the product you delivered had damaged and it is not fit for the purpose.
To resolve the problem, i would appreciate your efforts to exchange the product or refund it.

This is in regard to the problem i've been facing in exchanging some ucb kids' apparels (With all price tags intact and in place) due to size issues, which were a gift from someone.
The stores here in indore, madhya pradesh have refused to exchange our product citing that the clothes haven't been purchased from their respective outlets. As the clothes are a gift, nor do i have the bill and contact information of the person or the specific store address from which they've been purchased.
Didn't expect to face such an issue from a high-end chain as ucb for such a trivial problem.
Please look into the matter and provide a solution soon.

Dear sir/madam

I purchased a denim jacket on 15/02/2019 from offer clothes at discounted price. When i asked the sales girl about exchange policy, she informed me i can exchange the items, but she never informed me that on exchange i will be charged for full mrp even on clothes kept under offer. When i went to exchanged the goods on the same day, they charged me full mrp even though i had picked the clothes kept under offer in exchange. Upon argument they showed me terms and conditions written behind the bill which is written in such a tiny fonts which is not visible to naked eyes without using a magnifying glass. Finally i told them to keep all the clothes i had purchased and didn't ask for refund too. They kept it happily with no regret saying thank you sir.

I have purchased couple of times from the same store and i had liking for ucb clothes for my kids. However, the attitude o[censored]ntrained and unqualified staff at the store gave me a bad experience and i felt i am cheated by ucb store in panajim, goa.

I request the company to look in to the matter.

This is a white shirt which i had bought with a brown strip under the buttons. The shirt is having brown stains wherever the fold has come because of this strip. Also it seems that on being washed or drycleaned it will destroy the whole white shirt. With such superior and expensive brand of which quality is the supreme priority this is not at all expected that it loses colour of its own strip and makes the whole shirt a waste.
With this experience i am damn sure that neither will i buy anything o[censored]rs and as far as possible wont let anybody in my control and contact to buy ur products. As far as i get a good response from u all.
It is ur duty to provide good and super quality products which are pre checked and approved.
Why should we customers buy products from ur stores and not buy the first copies available if this is d situation where buying your expensive shirts is giving us stains of its strip only and making it not worth wearing.

2 weeks back, i bought 2 t shirts from rcity, ghatkopar, mumbai from ucb store. I wore it just 1 time and it has 10-15 holes. This is really bad experience we trust good brands and this is what we get. I lost 1000rs, i will never buy anything from ucb and won't recommend to anyone. Also didn't got any information about ucb india not sure where to register complaint.

I have ordered ucb abs 68 cms navy suitcases (0ip6hab24e02i) from amazon on 25th june 2018 and it has 3 years of warranty. I have used it twice only n its lock and chain are broken. It also got so many sketches. Do help me with the replacement process of this suitcase.

I purchased a united colors of benetton jacket about a month ago. I have wore it only twice and it cloth threads are coming out. Jacket's zip is not working properly also. The most important of all, the inner pocket's sticky patch has been torn out. I think its a defected piece or what. I had also gone to the ucb store in vasant kunj, ambience mall from where i purchased it, there the sales person said to email the complaint but i'm unable find the email o[censored]nited colors of benetton.

I purchased a shirt from them. When i received it and tried it on i realized it was way to big. I returned the item immeditaly. They just informed that their quality control team did not meet the requirements to proceed with reimbursement!

I never wore this top only to try it in. I called the company and someone told me they were closed today. I looked up their reviews and they have multitutde of complaints and lastly they are not responding to my emails

I bought my son, daughter, and their souses benetton gift cards for christmas. The cost was 50 euro for each card, the face value of the card. After using the card yesterday in the valdichiana store my son was informed that he must spend the 50 euros all at once or he would lose the remaining balance of money. The shop help was no help at all... What kind of service is this. I don't see why one should be penalised for not using all the money on the gift card at the same time. I spent a total of 200 euros for a non existing serrvice. I am a good customer, but i inform you that you have lost me as a customer, i will not shop your store anymore.

I've have been using your brand flip-flop for more than 3 years. Recently i bought your brand flip-flop from amazon. This is the first time i'm facing this kind of problem. Within 3 days o[censored]se, the color in the slipper stared dispersing and started sticking to my feet. I feel uncomfortable walking. It gives a sticky feeling when i wear it. I've not even washed it, even before washing, the color is dispersing. I've attached the image of invoice and the damaged slipper. So kindly refund or replace it with a better skin friendly product, which will not stick to my skin

Recently i had ordered a ucb sweatshirt from myntra on october 29th 2018.
I got the product delivered a week later and when i opened it what i saw was disappointing.
I ordered for ucb, but what i got was a so called brand ' campus sutra ' with ucb tag on it.
This seller deliberately used your company tag to sell me fake product.
I had returned the product today.. Will reach the warehouse and i will get my refund.
But i want to notify you about this because this is 100% fraudulence using ucb tag., in such a way destroying your company's reputation.
Please take this into consideration and take actions.
I am attaching herewith the product photo, the seller name and the money i paid.

I bought a T-Shirt from Lifestyle, Vijaya Forum Mall, Vadapalani, Chennai on 4th August 2018. The price of this T-Shirt is around 1300 rupees. I gave it as a gift to someone. The color faded the first time they washed. This is not at all expected from a reputed company like yours. I think a local brand T-shirt of 300 or 400 rupees would be far better than this. What is the use of spending so much money. I've attached the photos of the T-shirt after the first wash. The color seen is not the actual color when we bought this.

Unfortunately, I threw away the bill after I gifted this. So, I can't go to the store to ask for an exchange. I'm not going to buy this brand anymore, and I won't recommend this to anyone.

Hdfc bank gave offer of colours of benetton watches. I bought the watch for 400rs which costs 2999rs on mrp. But the watch is fake completely. I want to put this complaint that hdfc is misleading people to buy fake products under good brands. How can such renowned bank like hdfc offer such fake product under the name of colours of benneton. And they have not even mentioned that this is a copy of the product. Very disappointed. I want a refund towards my product and change such offers that misguides people to buy branded products
