I haved placed a compalint regarding the quality of the shoes in the ucb (mall road branch of ludhiana).But i get to know that the company have rejected the shoes and said that we cant do anything regarding this even you know that there is the quality problem that's why i have placed a complaint if it would be in the good manner we should accept it even i haven't wear that shoes often in three months i have only wear that shoes 4 times even we are buying lots of shoes but in 3-4 wear it diesn't look like that shoes however your shoes is looking it was white sneaker:--(article was:-18p8sneafw521-906)

My name is Abhishek, & I am writing this mail for either refund or replacement of this sleeper which I bought in the month of March from BENETTON showroom Citi one mall, Pimpri & am very shocked that such a product has been in so bad condition in just one month time, after buying this product, I went to Delhi for one of my project work for 3 months, this sleeper has been hardly used as just in 10-15 days, this was in a very poor condition so that I could wear it & go anywhere outside .
I just want to ask a question if I buy a local sleeper which will cost me just 100 bucks, that even runs for 6-7 months & paying such a good amount & that to be a brand of Benetton, if this is the condition, I am really surprised why will be buy it den ...

I have comeback to Pune now & visited your showroom of Pimpri, they told me to contact customer care.

I just need my refund or replacement or you guys issue me a credit note for the same amount so that I can go n take any other product

This is to inform that on 25/06/2018 i have bought 2 boxers of large size and one socks pair from a benetton stores, saharanpur, up. 247001, under discount scheme buy 3 articles and get 50% off. When i came home wear 1 boxer i found that large size which i bought 2 pcs is small and very uncomfortabe to wear, i thought i should go to benettton store to get exchange the second boxer which is unused but when i approach to benetton they refused to exchange. I request them to exchange me xl size but they did not do that. The value of boxer is rs. 250 only but it is not a matter of value, it is a matter of benetton exchange policy, while they have the policy to exchange within 20 days from the date of purchase, why they are not able exchange the boxer. Please solve my problem. Moreover they did issue bill to my benetton account also. I suspect something wrongdoing the employee of store. Please look into matter and solve my problem.

Kindly attention that i bought a boxer o[censored]cb from amazon online. My waist size is exactly 33.5. I buy boxer of size m as it suitable for me from earlier purchases, but this boxer looses it elasticity with in 1 week of my purchase. I buy many boxer before but this is inappropiate.
This activity forcing my mind about ucb clothings.

I visit my nearest store in bikaner
As i have received sms from ucb offer at shopping of 5k get 5k murchandise free but you showrrom p[censored]cb in bikaner at pansvasti are not givening me that offer . I have to purchase in that offer only.
They are making there offer and when i speak to that store they say we dont give you that offer . We are not depend on company offer we have my own offere for my store . That was rude behaviour fro ucb bikaner .
I want that my offer on that store .

I've bought a jeans from ucb and it costs almost 3000. But it misses the perfect stitching and tailoring of an authentic brand. The side stitching of the jeans is seen in front... And it leads to many irritation as well it really works as an obstacle for the perfect fittings and comfort. So if you values your customer you should do something to replace it.

I have purchased olive sneakers on 3rd april 2018 and it is very sad to say that the shoe is tearing apart from its boundaries. As it was pasted just like a duplicate or replica. The product was ordered from jabong (Online shopping store).

Since it has only been 2 months and the product has started to tear apart as mentioned above. Also some white pasting are getting out from the spaces. Please refer to the image attached.

I would like a refund or a replacement.

I have purchased a trolley bag from Amazon India. It's wheel as come off and I am trying to reach customer care but unable to get thru. The wheel of the bag has become lose and I dnt expect this from a brand like ucb. UCB Polyester 69 cms Black Suitcase (0IP6SPO24P01I) date of purchase is, 17 Jan 2018. I trying to launch a telephonic complaint since 12 March.

I purchase a t shirt in black colour from pvr civilines alld in your outlet within in ten days t shirt colour has dated on time of purchase i ask that colour should be fated or not he given me the garranty that within in six month if colour has dated you get new t shirt. And final when all this happen first he taken a t shirt and say approval is coming then change your t shirt but finally he say that the shirt will not be change because company not given approval. I got a one the worst experience from your service and if i can't get any response from your company so you see.

I have purchased some apparels from ucb padmavati c21 mall ab road indore on date[protected] at 21:25:44 pm having invoice number 3969096. I have tried my atm card for payment but txn got failed. And amount debited from my account. Then i paid by cash. But did not received amount rs. 5188.00 back to my account till date. i want my money back in my account. please resolve my problem. bill is enclosed

I have recently purchased an headphone form your company the wireless one they are red in colour. While unboxing the product i found everything ok no damage at all but when i connect it to my bluetooth. Only one side of the wireless headphone work's while the other side there is no sound... I think there is an wiring problem. Please take action against this complaint. It should be sloved within a week time. If not done so i will have to take action causes i paid 2000+ rupees for this headphone..

Purchased full sleeve shirt in our franchise at tirupati franchise in january 2018 used three times only, due to poor stitching back total has come and if it has happened when in meeting or travelling if baggage is not with me, i would have looked like rich beggar, shirt given at your franchises stirch it prkpey have a quality check before sending yesterday 5.5.18 handovered for rectification.

When approached the franchise the response was poor

Dear sir i have purchase the pant and shirt amounted 5800 rs on 19/04/2018.in shop there was poster for off around 750 rs with purchase of 5500 rs and second offer was shop our summer stylish summer range 4999 to 12999 and get travel companions. Had bought a blue coloured jeggings of benetton make, from one of the lifestlye shops at gurugram. The jeggings have started having burrs all over after 2-3 times wear. Had gone to show the jegging at one of the bentton stores. The salespeople were rather rude, and said they cant do anything. All they can suggest is try putting a complaint and maybe i can get it exchanged. I would really appreciate some positive response fron this multinational brand.

Worst place to shop at. Visited the store in indiranagar and got to know that the information given by one of the representative from store in hyderabad is not correct and there was no apology offered.

I picked one women footwear from bangalore store yesterday for ₹1699, which was damaged. Since the sandal broke when in use, i had to buy another pair elsewhere.

Took the broken sandal in store asked for refund and they started giving me gyan about no refund policy. For me it is my right to ask for a refund for something that i am not happy about and especially if something recieved is damaged, instead of being asked to pick another item.

Pathetic service overall, not expected after spending about ₹40, 000 in one store.

Hi there, i had bought a slim fit jeans from your kamla nagar, delhi outlet around 2 weeks back. The fit was so good that i did not try any other jeans was completely sure of it. I wore it for the first time yesterday for three hours and it got so loose and i kept pulling it up all the time. I was extremely uncomfortable and was embarrassed too. I never had such experience with ucb products. Please take it seriously. I would like to return this defected pair of jeans. You can reach me at 91-[protected].

I bought my headphone on 30th march 2018. They were working good but after two days suddenly when i was listening song in the evening they stoped working and there were no sound coming out of them but the blue light was continously blinking, even they stoped responding... i was not able to power them off. From that evening till next morning they were in same condition. Next day i charged them but there was no respond. Now please help me.

I did shopping and received a voucher of 1500. I was told at ucb model town jalandhar that i can redeem the voucher at next shopping. When i did shopping again theysaidxoypin has expired. No where in the xyponisdead line mentioned. Neither did the store person.. Manish inform me the last date. Kindly look into this asap as this is cheating and vouchers carry no meaning... I had brought a blue colour t-shirt fromone of your stores. I had wasted my t-shirt once and the colour is getting faded from the t-shirt and also showing white shade in in the t-shirt.
The t-shirt now seeems dull and very weird. I would likethe company to look into the matter and help my attian the exact colour when i brought or exchange the product.
