Dear concerned,

I had made a purchase of jogger pants from ucb sometime back.in a span of 4-5 month the joggers pant got torn in the seat area. I had placed a request for return from the outlet that i had made purchase.

It has been almost most than 30 days but there is no revert in this case. They took my pants and said that it will go to the factory for analysis & assessment. Whenever i go to the store they have only one answer that the senior is on leave. Then they say there is no revert from the upper management. I am highly disappointed in the service that i am getting because i have been a loyal customer to ucb and have made quite good purchases. I hope this case gets priority & is resolved asap.

I got a t shirt exchanged at this store.in place of that, i bought three items. When the t shirt was exchanged, the billing guy subtracted the mrp of the t shirt with the highest priced item i had (Offering no discount, while the store was on sale) asking me to pay the difference. While i understand that the mrp of the exchanged would be subtracted from the mrp of the new item, he deliberately picked the highest priced item, thus making it a non sale item. If he would have exchanged the t shirt with the other products i bought (Which were all higher priced than the t shirt), i would have paid less differential and got 40% discount on more expensive items. I pointed this to the guy post billing because that is only when i realized that i was not given the sale benefit of the item i got the t shirt exchanged with, but he refused to re-do the billing. I lost some money but more than that lost trust on the fairness of the store.

My father bought a jeans from delhi for me. Im from raipur. I tried the jeans but it is extra loose. So can i exchange that jeans here at raipur branch of benneton with a one that fits me. Plus.. I have the bill

When my father asked the shopkeeper in delhi about exchanging the jeans, he said that it can be exchanged all over india if you have the bill.

I bought sunglasses in february this year and then had not used them. I had kept then in the case itself. I brought them out to use them this month. As i took them off, they broke from the hinge suddenly. I had barely worn them for 5 minutes. The connections were faulty. One year warranty is there for these goggles but the store refuses to replace or fix them.

About 3 month ago i bought a half shirt which is in black colour from kamala nagar delhi after some time during washing time when i rinse it some amount of colour getting eroded regularly but i don't mind after 5 6 wash when i was then colour eroded as well as some small patches on the shirt also appear so i visit from where i bought it they suggest me to lodge complaint

I bought couple of tee shirts few weeks ago. After first wash the tees have shrinked. I spent nearly 11k on shopping and worried i will not be able to use them. What a shame that a reputed brand like ucb produces products of such low quality.
Hope to get a resolution however i am not able to find details on whom to contact. Please share contact details.

I bought 2 v neck tshirts both of which shrunk in size after 2 washes. I have the tags with me if want to verify. This is a display of horrible product quality and is highly concerning to a high valued brand like yours. Please replace those 2 t shirts as soon as possible. One of them is a black v neck t shirt and the other one is an exact replica of the first, the only difference being colour that is it is blue.

I had bought a blue bluetooth headphones from a ucb's outlet in city centre 1-kolkata. I had used it for hardly 1 month when the device stopped working i. E. Only it's bluetooth function. I am very dissappointed because the main function is not working. The movie phone or laptop is not able to detect the headphones. So i kindly request you to replace it or resolve my problem by repairing it.
Not expected ucb

I had purchased the women wallet from united colors of benetton showroom of rs.1699 but after using it for few days the quality of wallet becomes rough. Now it is no more in the condition to carry it in the front of anyone.
When you were demanding the high price than why you are compromising with the product quality. Kindly replace the product with the same color or anyother i don't want the refund. Also adding the photos of the wallet. Kindly check and respond as soon as possible. Disappointed.

I bought some clothes from ucb outlet saharanpur but i was not provided with bill, saying that the computer is not working. They provided me the clothes with 30% discount.in fact, they clubbed it with other customer purchases and billed all the articles at 50%. Now i need to exchange clothes and they are not providing the bill details when i asked for the same.

Hi there. Being a great ucb fan im mailing this with great disappointment and agony. I had purachsed a gents t shirt from the central square fashion store at cochin around two months back. I had only wore it once and washed. Unfortunately just after one wash the print has faded which makes it unable to wear. Im totally shocked with such a terrible quality change. I had shopping of rs 7000 on benetton showroom at lajpat nagar, new delhi on 24 september 2017. I got headphone as a gift but this headphone has breakage and it is not working. I request you to please change it as it will only giving bad reputation to your company if you perform this type of acts.

I recently shopped worth rs 7000 o[censored]cb in city centre mall mangalore so for shopping worth rs 7000 they gave me a headphone free but the headphones are not functioning properly i want u to replace the headphones. One side of earphone is working properly but the other side u can't hear it has very low volume. So i want u to replace my headphones and give me a new pair of heasphones. Hi i bought ucb top from bangalore forum mall store on 17/09/2017. Item no 17a1092d901. Hsn code 61102000 worth rs 2499/-. After delivery i tried at home once and noticed the top was defective n loose on me. So i decided to exchange it from store. Surprisingly the store manager refused to exchange the product and argued with me. It was the worst experience i ever had. I went to exchange within 7 days of purchase. But this is very strange that when we use to shop regularly everything is fine, but if we have some issue related to the clothes then no one is interested in helping or giving me the proper solution for my problem..

In last summer i shopped some clothes out of which 1 t-shirt is not up to the marks as per ucb..

I visited your rajouri garden branch to get the same exchange but they denied..

Although i didn't wear that t-shirt in winters and now when i wear in this summer the unexpected happens..

This is to bring your kind notice that the kind of experience that i had with united colors of benetton jeans, is totally disappointed. The jeans i bought on 23rd june 2017 from a united colors of benetton store in inorbit mall, malad west, mumbai and it’s not even been three months, not in a condition to wear anymore. This is so unfortunate to get some quality from a reputed brand.

Would like to request you to go through the attached pictures of the my jeans and the payment and would be really grateful if you look into the matter and do the needful.

I got jeans fom kuwait branch with defect...in the first day o[censored]sing it it was cut from the back beside back pocket in both sides... I am used to buy benetton jeans and it is the 1st time to happen.
I give it back to the store after 2 month because i was outside kuwait.

I love shopping at benetton stores. Whenever i have to buy any clothes for myself or my husband, benetton is the store choice.
Lately during the sale season i had bought a shirt for my husband, but it did not fit him properly, so we went to return the same. Though we went to return the same after a month, but the product was untouched and the tag was intact. We also had the original bill receipt.
The store was located in pacific mall, subash nagar, new delhi. The owner of the store was very rude and did not exchange the shirt even when we were ready to pay extra money for a new shirt. He told us that he will not exchange product sold during sale with a fresh product even if we pay.
This was very disappointing from a store like benetton. We did not know where to complain about the incident, so we are reporting the incident to beneton complaint cell.
