I love shopping at benetton stores. Whenever i have to buy any clothes for myself or my husband, benetton is the store choice.
Lately during the sale season i had bought a shirt for my husband, but it did not fit him properly, so we went to return the same. Though we went to return the same after a month, but the product was untouched and the tag was intact. We also had the original bill receipt.
The store was located in pacific mall, subash nagar, new delhi. The owner of the store was very rude and did not exchange the shirt even when we were ready to pay extra money for a new shirt. He told us that he will not exchange product sold during sale with a fresh product even if we pay.
This was very disappointing from a store like benetton. We did not know where to complain about the incident, so we are reporting the incident to beneton complaint cell.
