United Colors Of Benetton Complaints & Reviews

I was sold a wallet in a local shoe shop in New Zealand in a sale. It had a Benetton identity card inside. The original price said $99 but I paid $10. I thought I had a great deal until I took a closer look and discovered the colour flaking off the wallet. I have therefore concluded I was sold something fraudulent and not the genuine article.
I have attached a photo of the item and receipt, however I am returning the item for a refund.

Dear team,
I purchase some clothing from benetton store at wtp jaipur on April 1, 2017.
Tshirt and jeans is loosing it colour even in a normal water without detergent in first wash (i use esay for washing).
And please don't suggest me the process of careful handling about clothes, which i always do.
Very disappointed with the poor product quality.
I don't know what quality control team do at your company even they can nit ensure the button is fitted properly in the t shirt or not.
Rest is up to you.

I'm dr. Phanendra imandi, purchased a brand new sun glasses model no. Bs 570si4, at shopper's stop, visakhapatnam. On 05/02/17, got repaired within few days.
The screw in the right temple lost and glass fell down on 01/04/17 and i returned back to showroom. They have sent it to company and given back to me after 20 days i. E., on 24/04/17, and the same complaint repeated the next day.
Crew lost in right temple and glass fell down.
I'm very much unsatisfied with the brand and service.

I bought a jeans from Myntra and received on 21st March. After a month o[censored]se, jeans is worn out from various places. UCB is a multinational brand and I did not expected this quality from them.

I have written to Myntra regarding this but I'm not hoping any support from them and that's​ why I'm writing in this forum. Please do the needful and help.

Blue washed mid rise skinny fit jeans rs.2899 from dlf mall of india, noida sector 18 and having bubbles inside which produce after use or rubbing... But i havent used that yet... I want to exchange same with the fresh piece... Staff are coperative but they are not having the fresh piece what will be its solution... I need to exchange till 26 april 2017.. Please do helpful...

As stated above in the subject matter of complaint which specified clearly that I had 500 club color points and the last date of redemption of which was 9th april.On 9th April I went to UCB branch, city center, salt lake, kolkata.When I asked them to redeem the points in the top I bought from the kids counter, they told that my number was in the suspected list. Its very embarrassing to hear that in front of other people. I hope you will look...

I had bought two T-shirts a couple of months ago. Today I took them out for the first time and rinsed them. The blue colour in the collar of both T-shirts bled so badly, there are blotches of blue on the body. The T-shirts -- one was yellow and the other red -- are not wearable. I have the tags: the numbers are 16A3089C0065I-M and 16A3089C0065I -M. These were bought in Kolkata. I can't take them back to the store where I bought them because the mall (South City mall) is closed for renovation. I had purchased a denim on 5th June 2016 on my birthday and its not even been a year the denim is worn out.

I have been wearing only UCB denims since 10 years now and never had any such complaints. But 3500/- for a denim and it didnt last for a year is shocking fot me.

This denim i purchased from Bandra west showroom o[censored]CB.

Another incident is when i purchased mens slippers from Goa UCB and in 4 days the entire slippers was into 2 pieces. To my utter surprise the showroom never took it back even though i had a bill with me. This happened in October 2016.

My reason of writing this mail is i would like to know the reason of this deterioration in quality and also in 4 days why return isnt possible.

I ignored one incident but here inhave 2 and specially denims dont get worned off so early. I have denims from various brands and some are as old as 5 years and even 10 years but worn out is the last thing.

I got garments for myself all in the range of[protected] INR from DLF mall of India and in the first wash one of the Top come in 2 different shades from the (Back and front ) it released color on the entire Top and as well spoilt all my other clothes, in another top there is hole it's really bad quality fabric what happened with Ucb quality Along with that in one of my jagging
and jacket bubbles had come, I am really
upset about it and i need a solution from you guys at the earliest or need refund.i m genuine buyer o[censored]cb I m surprised to see such bad product qualities.

Since I am a regular customer of your brand UCB, I am really disappointed to get the fake item misusing your brand name. Please check the genuinity of item and seller. We have bought a Benetton school bag on the 26th of January 2017 from lulu mall Benetton kids shop for about INR 1450 during the offer time. My kid in third grade started using the bag straight away. A few days back i noticed that the bag is torn near the zip. Small holes started appearing near the stitch. Now that it is getting widened with every passing day and is almost not usable now. That is, UCB product got damaged within a month or less.

We are regular customers of your company and had bought the product as we trusted your brand for quality and never ever expected such a thing to happen. Felt really sad at the outcome.

Hope your company would take up the matter seriously and come with positive response.

Sir, This is to state that i had purchased a monochrome shorts of your company from Jabong under size - 40 against Order No. ending 64155 . Since the product didnt fit well & is under not exchangable / returnable category on Jabong website the jabong customer case have expressed helplesness to exchange my product. This is to bring in your notice that I bought a shoes o[censored]CB from Myntra which has a really bad sole.The shoes was bought in last 28 December 2016 @ 1736 INR. It is Mid February and shoes are in bad condition it is torn from all the places and have left the sole badly.Such a branded products are not meant to give such results.
I doubt on believing UCB any further.

20 days back, i had ordered a pair of flip-flops from amazon.com on 21st jan, 2017. The colour of the flip-flop started discharging from the very first day & has lost a lot of colour till date near the heel. I need to get the flip-flop replaced as soon as possible.It is a very disgraceful thing on the part o[censored]CB, providing the consumers with bad quality of products.I need to get a new pair of slip-ons as soon as possible.

Today we shopped in DlF mall of India ( Noida) branch of Benetton, and
there is difference of approximate 150 Rs in amount paid and bill received
( pics attached), on top of that product is also damaged which I purchased
( one flap is missing - pic attached), this practice is highly
unprofessional and unethical for a renowned company like Benetton, need a

I purchased several items from Benetton in Regents Sreet in September 2016. One sweater I washed by hand, as requested, and it has shrunk out of all proportion and is totally unwearable. I am a 64 year old woman with 4 children, and I know how to wash clothes. This has never happened before. The quality is not good. I would like a replacement sweater or a refund. I have the receipt. I visited today the united colors of benetton at inorbit mall, vashi (Navi mumbai).
I requested to the person (Manager?) for alteration in my old ucb trouser.
He said he will not do because it is old trouser.
Also he was being very rude and loud while talking and explaining to me.
I have purchased too many garments in the same store and also from another ucb stores in past.

This is how the ucb india train their staff to being rude with their customers..??
And also we pay our hard earned money for buying cloths for quality and service. So is it not ucb store's responsibility to give service to their customers.??

From last 5year i am using ucb cloths but today i am very disappointed.
My one friend also has the same experience from the same store 6 month ago. Thank you.

I brought A shoe From Abof.com Almost 20 days ago and after use of two days it turned defective the. the soul of the both pieces cracked in the side due to tye very low quality rubber used in the soul. i complained at abof.com they told me to wait 48 hours will replace the shoe. but after 48 hours i got a call from abof anf they told me to they spoke to the concern team o[censored]CB and they said that it is not a company defect .I asked the Speaker to help me and replace the shoe then they said they will try again. now after almost 5 days i got a call from abof and they said they said then same thing again. then i told them i will complaint to UCB directly.
im giving u the order number and the photos of the same shoe .
i really felt bad that my money wasted bcz i cant wear the shoe like this. if i had brought the shoe from a local store or a local brand this would not had happen. but a brand like UCB I had never thought anything like this.. this was my first UCB Shoe But Was a really bad experience.I want u to Return my money or Replace this shoe with any other shoe of my choice.. Im attaching the pictures which i sent to abof.com and pics after 20 days o[censored]se.
I was wearing only puma from last 6 years and i never complained. this my first other brand shoe and see what happend.
