Sir/Madam I have a purchase one T Shirt from your Sec-17 Chandigarh store in Jan 2015 & after one wash I got Loose & when I told them to replace them they replied us that it is out of season stock. i have encountered a problem while wearing a white shirt of sisley brand, it started tearing up when i wore it for the second time from the shoulder. We had purchased 4-5 purses in January . We kept couple of them for later use. When I took the purse for use, I was surprised that the cover of the handle started pealing. Never before did I encounter such problems in the past and currently also out of the 4 purses only 1 purse is having this issue. Request you to either replace the purse or re-imburse the charges. I bought a jeans, shirt and a tee shirt on25/04/15 amounting to Rs 5497 from UCB G&B fashions pvt. LTD. GF_16 Great India Places Sec-38-A Noida. just after wearing the tee shirt for 1 day pilling is visible. i tried to contact UCB noida and UCB south ex but no one answered my call. i want to exchange or return the garment.

I purchased 01 jeans trouser and 03 Nos. T-shirts from New Delhi Airport store Bill No. 19679 dated 03/05/2015 but as these all were of stretchable material, I need one size up in exchange, i.e. jeans from waist:34 inches to 36 inch and T-shirts from XL to XXL of same pattern. I approached Srinagar, Jawahar Nagar UCB outlet today who refused for it's exchange. I also tried UCB customer care but could not have communication for long. Hi Team, I got this RED sweatshirt last to last season from UCB STORE pacific mall, subhash nagar. Last season i got it washed nothing happened this season when we washed, it released color which also spoiled the other clothes which were being washed with them. We didn't use washing machine but just bucket water wash with mild detergent as mentioned on the tag alongwith . Kindly look into the matter, if you want i can courier you the sweatshirt and you can cross check it yourself. Finally me being a great fan o[censored]CB brand, its my favourite brand although i don't have the invoice with me yet but still from such high quality brand this type of feedback was not expected. I bought a tee from UCB store at viviana mall, thane on 12th April 2015, however after wearing just one time the threads came out from the wrong side which lead to the deformed design on the right side . I have already submitted the garment to the store manager, e said it will take aprox. 7 working days to get a new one.

Hi, I bough a pair of boots from priyas Benetton shop (Model Number - UN573SH70XXLINDFAS) on 17.10.2014. And now after wearing it few times sole is broken. This was not at all expected from brand like Benetton. I am a regular Benetton customer and this experience made me so upset that i might not but any stuff from Benetton it I will not receive a good resolution. I purchased a leather jacket from the company outlet at kapsons store ludhiana and it got badly damage from various places. This type of low quality product is not expected from the company like yours . This is very rare that a such costly product gets damage merely after such a minimum use .

I brought my dark grey coloured shoes from a Benetton store in Lucknow few days back.. But when I washed them for the very first time, its colour faded or changed to light grey . This change in colour is more in the front part while less at the sides, making shoe look very ugly.. So I request you to please look into my complain and replace the product at the earliest.....

hello sir, i am a big fan of Benetton clothes.I always in a mood to purchase new outfits or latest collection, and a kind of quality of clothes your company provide is bit different from others.your design, patterns, fabric all are awesome. But one fine day as always, I purchased a jeans from your store in AGRA, there was a manufacturing defect in it near thighs, . Now that jeans is of no use to me bcoz that defect has become worse.that defect has turned into big hole. So kindly go throgh my complaint and take necessary action as required.

Dear Sir, I bought a green coloured pair of shorts in January of 2015 from an exclusive UCB store in Agra. It was initially bought as a gift however as a conflict of size the product has not been used so far and has resulted in a complete loss of my invested fund. I assure you that the product has not been washed or worn and is intact with its tag price. I made a purchase in Jan15. One Jeans, One ladies Belt, One T-Shirt. The belt got broken after two or three wearing. I saw first time in my life that a leather belt of a brand got broken. This type of quality you people are selling. The collar of the t-shirt got faided after 1-2 wahes. So what should we do now. Dont know about jeans because that was gifted to someone. When we called up at gurgaon number forst call was transferred to customer service but nobody received. On a second call she said may they are out for lunch please call after half an hour. First we spent too much money on your products. After that this kind of service. Ultimately customer has to suffer.

Worst Servivce giving by UCB i never except atleast from them but how poor it was, if there is any option to punish them i wish to put in blacklist the UCB the are not ready to listen my word they bloody argue with me even not ready to accept their mistake, how can i tolrate this much i paid huge amount for my cloth

This mail is regarding shocking & annoying incident that happened at UCB outlet at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. I have lost of my packet because of the carelessness of person handling customer’s items at the entrance. Yesterday (March 01, 2015) we visited your outlet at Karolbagh, at the entry we were asked to submit the shopping bag of another outlet & we were handed over the token. After some time when we returned back & handed over the token to the guard at the gate he gave us carry bag of another customer. We told the person at the gate the packet doesn’t belong to us & he started searching for it. To my shock my packet was handed over to another customer. There was an elderly lady Mrs. Oberoi at the outlet who assured us that she will courier our stuff if another customer will came back with the stuff. On my asking to her multiple times what if person doesn’t come back to which she replied, that she will than look into matter. Finally I requested her to give my proper solution since we had spent approx. Rs. 4000/- my hard-earned money. Because of their carelessness I have lost my shopping stuff. When I refused to leave the outlet without knowing that what can be done if our shopping stuff doesn’t come back she promised that she will have the money refunded from another outlet which is based at Gurgaon. We have given couple of day to the lady to investigate & to take the action. Since I reside at Gurgaon & could not travel all the way to Karolbagh every weekend please have the things sorted at Gurgaon itself. Sir, On 15th, Feb.2015-Flat 50% discount notice was displayed at the shop. When we entered the shop, the same was available on very limited stock. So, this type of notice is misguiding the consumer. Notice should state that Flat 50% discount on selected items. Further, the matter of main dispute/misguidance is as under:- On the same day, we purchased a) item No.15P4KY9596A0G-Rs.1299.00, b) 15P3089c3303G-Rs.699.00, c) 14A302LC118CG-Rs.699 at discounted price of Rs.366.98 & d) 14A3U1LC8FG-Rs.599.00 at discounted price of Rs.314.48 Total Costing Rs.2679.00. After reaching home, when we found the same is tight fitting for my son, we came back within 2 hour along with my son for exchanging the same, as next day i.e.16th is birthday of my son. We selected item No.- 1) 15P4BYW57152I Rs.1999.00 & 2) 14A3AP1J6000I Rs.1599.00. The 2nd item was on 50% discount. Our item a)+b)+c) has been exchanged with 1 & 2 and we have to pay Rs.901.00 more. Thereby item No.2 which was on 50% discount has been charged full, which as a consumer we feel has been cheated by one of your Franchisee, saying that items are exchanged on full price, if so. Why should one purchase a discounted item on exchange. Hope, you will suitably & urgently attend my feelings. I had buy shoe o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton from the store shoe tree amritsar on 18th Jan 15. After an week shoe colour got fade so I went to the store and talk to the store staff . First day staff told me that manager is not at the store so please come tomorrow . Next day I went to the store and manger told me that we cant replace your shoe because its got fade by getting wet in rain after request he told me to leave shoe at the store and told me to come after two days in the meanwhile he will talk to the company . After two days I went to his store still he was not at the store and his staff refuse to take any decision in the absence of him . I told them that's my third visit to your store so please contact your manger or gave me his number after an argument with the staff they dialed his number and talk to him . I talked to him the phone he refuses to exchange the shoe and told me that its not in the store policy that they wont return shoe in sale . I told him ok so do one thing if you are right so please give this in written or show me where its written . He refuses to do that and told me do wt I can do . So I request you to please take action against this store and manager, because they are selling your brand and representing to people as sales person of your brand and not harassing the consumer and spoiling your brand name . At last I request you to please resolve this issue asap.
