Ucb abs 78 cms navy suitcases (0ip6hab28e02i) purchased from amazon in may 2018 cracked at mutiple places and the handle broke after 2 journeys. Warranty was mentioned as 3 years at the time of purchase.

Tried contacting numbers [protected] and [protected] multiple times but got no response

Please provide replacement of the suitcase asap.. This was not expected from a ucb product. Please refer to attached screenshot.

I am a customer of benetton in turkey and registered as an online buyer also. Based on my recommendation one of my friend bought a 3 polo t-shirt from online shop and he got %50 reduction on price at 18th of july, his order number is 464508. I tried to buy with same price from online shop but i couldn’t get that reduction. Then i send a message to customer care to help me on that issue. Customer care replied to me that there was a system problem and this happened by accidently, i insisted on that problem then they said that they applied personnel reduction on that customer by mistake then i told them it should be applied on me. They rejected and didn’t help me on that issue. As a global and enterprise company benetton has to apply same rule and price for all customers, if there is any mistake happened and customer has been effected then customer care has to try to solve problem and make customer happy. I really disappointed about benetton turkey customer care and escalating to you as i know that benetton is customer oriented company and working with a slogan” customer first”.
I am sure that benetton company will help me to solve problem and make sure that benetton turkey customer care has to be improved to serve subscribers in a proper way.

My mother bought some clothes from a benetton store in italy for me and my husband when she was recently on holiday and was informed that should she wish to change colour, size or style, she can do so at the store in malta. Today i went to change the dress (With the receipt) as the other clothes were fine and i was told that since this style of dress was not available in malta i was unable to exchange it.

I am very upset by what happened as this is completely unjust and unfair.

I am asking for a credit note in exchange for the dress so i can choose something from your store here in malta which suits me better.

Just about 1 & a half month back, i was been gifted a dress from united colors of benetton, by my aunt.
Since i reside in vashi, so i brought the dress to the store at seawoods grand central, navi mumbai, to exchange it (A month back), that time i was been told by a staff member that this dress was from last seasons stock & i should bring it back in the month of june, during the sale period, to exchange it.
But today when i visited the store, the staff had changed & they had no clue about my visit for the exchange.

I request you to kindly exchange this dress for me so i can make use of it by wearing something of my choice & size.

A beautiful dress blue & orange flower printed which i had picked up from benetton showroom in gurgaon. Forst time wore it in style.. Unfortunately when i hand washed the same, separately thankfully, the blue color smudged all over. Really sad to get a product like this from a brand like benetton. Never faced any such issues in your product range earlier. This was an expensive dress which was priced around 2499/-.
It would be good if i could return this product at benetton showroom, so that you get to take up the matter appropriately.

I have been a loyal customer o[censored]cb nut guess that will change after the ride experience with the staff.. I had dipped for over rs.28, 000 and was told very clearly that on the exchange policy i need to buy of the same amount.. And the very next morning i did go back to exchange and picked up a t shirt which was of a higher value.. A difference being of rs200 and when i asked to avail the same offer in the t shirt, the staff guy called karan makwana was rude and said that he was doing me a favor by even exchanging it.. And actually concluded saying i can do whatever cause everything is in my hands..

I have been using the benetton fit watch for almost a year. It's great but it stopped working suddenly last night (16/6/19) after contact with water while washing hands. It is not getting switched on at all. There's no display (it was stuck at a particular time and then got switched off). No response on charging either.
I request you to kindly repair/ exchange the product, whichever is feasible.

I bought a ucb jeans from above store on 18th february. After a week the jeans teared from front side near the zip section that time i get it raffu but now the jeans is teared from another place. Please see attachment for your reference. I used this jeans only 4 times after buy.

I shopped from you at v3s mall, i made the transaction on 26th may of inr 5897 but due to poor swipe machine the amount has got debited but not received by merchant i have requested mr. Manish who had made this transaction to file a complaint and share with me the reference number he has taken this for granted and did not launched the complaint. I want to know why would i bear the amount which was debited due to the defective machines which are using by meachants?? I need my money back immediately.

I purchased a perfume for her (Pink), worth inr 1900, it fades away in an hour.
I am totally unsatisfied with the quality of this particular product as in the amount paid is 2k, and i expect much better quality from ucb. Either this one is defected or all the perfumes available with ucb are the same.
Other perfumes in this price range are doing much better than this one.
To high disappointment, i would like to request you to return this product.

Product is not good, size of the shirt is large but after washing the shirt, the shirt size is double extra large. And after washing the shirt, showing the hole in the shirt. Why it is not good quality. The product price is too high but product quality is too much bad. I'm so sad to see this kind of problem with unted benetton colors brand. Please help.

I purchased a shoe o[censored]r brand on 27feb2019 that comes with 3month warranty. only within the 20 days o[censored]se the shoes pasting starting getting off i have attached the images as well.. In a show room in neelankarai chennai i have been charged with additional gst apart from mrp.. I love ucb brand for it colourful style but these things are pretty disappointing.. Initially they informed gst is applicable only when payment done through card. So travelles 2 km and withdrawn the cash from atm but while paying some other person came and gave shock that gst is applicable when payment done through also. Please do take action on this.. Never felt like visiting the ucb store again..in the same area other brands are not adding gst on mrp.

I bought a ucb t-shirt for ₹1399 from pantaloons, gorakhpur, uttar pradesh on 17th march 2019. I wore it once and then i washed the tshirt, its green (Turquoise green) colour bled and affected the white colours on the collar and sleeves. Also a small hole is now seen just below the neck collar on the back below the ucb logo.

This is in regard to the problem i've been facing in exchanging some ucb kids' apparels (With all price tags intact and in place) due to size issues, which were a gift from someone.
The stores here in indore, madhya pradesh have refused to exchange our product citing that the clothes haven't been purchased from their respective outlets. As the clothes are a gift, nor do i have the bill and contact information of the person or the specific store address from which they've been purchased.
Didn't expect to face such an issue from a high-end chain as ucb for such a trivial problem.
Please look into the matter and provide a solution soon.

Dear sir/madam

I purchased a denim jacket on 15/02/2019 from offer clothes at discounted price. When i asked the sales girl about exchange policy, she informed me i can exchange the items, but she never informed me that on exchange i will be charged for full mrp even on clothes kept under offer. When i went to exchanged the goods on the same day, they charged me full mrp even though i had picked the clothes kept under offer in exchange. Upon argument they showed me terms and conditions written behind the bill which is written in such a tiny fonts which is not visible to naked eyes without using a magnifying glass. Finally i told them to keep all the clothes i had purchased and didn't ask for refund too. They kept it happily with no regret saying thank you sir.

I have purchased couple of times from the same store and i had liking for ucb clothes for my kids. However, the attitude o[censored]ntrained and unqualified staff at the store gave me a bad experience and i felt i am cheated by ucb store in panajim, goa.

I request the company to look in to the matter.
