Hi
I purchased a coat in Islington and ten minutes later decided it wasn't what I wanted and returned the item. I was informed that I could not get a refund and had to have a credit note instead. I asked for my money back and to my dismay I was told that I couldn't have it back even though I only purchased the item ten minutes before.
I reluctantly accepted the credit note as I wasn't given any other choice, ev. I went to the store in Oxford Street and took some items to the til to purchase with the credit note and I was told that I could not use the note in this store and could only spend it in the store that I originally purchased the item in. This was a real inconvenience as I don't live near to the Islington store and I wasn't planning on purchasing anything else from the store. A friend of mine was going to use the credit note in Oxford Street and we couldn't even do that.
This has really put me off - I have never shopped in Benetton before and I will certainly not be shopping there again. My legal rights are such that I am entitled to a full refund. Please contact me to process this refund as a matter o[censored]rgency.
Kind regards
Nouritsa
