[Resolved] United Colors Of Benetton — Non-receipt of refund amount

Purchased through online website of United Colors of Benetton

I have returned 2 of my purchases vide Order No. P04323164 dated 19.7.23 and P04343952 dated 25.7.23, as the clothes didn't fit and also the quality not upto the mark. I have returned both the items on 29.7.23. I have received the confirmation of receipt of returns on 4.8.23.

Till date I have not received the refund amount. I have sent multiple mails to customer care mail ID. None of the mails responded. I have made multiple telephone calls to the customer care number. Call is connected through IVRS and will be on hold for 6-7 minutes & disconnected with a welcome message !!!

2 more items I purchased after the return, got delivered immediately.

I purchase many items online and get the refund within few days for return items.

Worst customer service by the customer care team. I have not received the refund amount till date.
